I’m planning to try khan, but I read some journals that ST1 is very rough. I want to ask, can I stack with ultima for smoothing down the feeling that I get from ST1?
I’m planning use ultima only while the feeling I get start affect my focus at work
And if i can stack it, what do you guys recommend? Rebirth, Elixir, or Sanguine?
hey man, just a heads up khan stage 1 isnt as rough as people make it look, coming from a guy who says it’s rough.
it’s a feeling of exhaustion yet a feeling of being alive, so when the heartbreaks come when they do you embrace it fully

Sanguine Ultima is supposed to be good for the reconciliation symptoms.
I say “supposed to” as I’ve yet to claim that one.

Personally, I would stack it with Elixir since both programs are about healing/cleaning up. Elixir makes you feel good and at peace so theoretically it should help fight of the symptoms of reconciliation too.

I just finished up ST1 for the second go round and im on st2 for the rest of the month. This time I ran regeneration and elixir along side of ST1 and it was pretty smooth.

Are you going to play it with RebirtU maybe?
If I feel the need to. Last time I jumped stages midway through stage 2 so if I feel the urge to do that again, I might run that but it’s been good so far 4 days in.

How long did you run Khan ST1? How’s your experience?
30 days, I ran a stack of Khan ST1, Regen, and Elixer Ultima. No recon and I felt pretty good throughout. Alot of old flames came back in my life. I’m picking and choosing which one i want to invest my energy with.
