depends on your goals. commander is for commanding over people and GLM is for increasing (or creating and increasing, if you do not have) your masculine core.

I want to be masculine but I want to be a leader too, is khan enough for being masculine?
Khan is also for masculinity, but in terms of sexuality and dominance. On the other hand, GLM makes you want to bring all masculine virtues (honor, dignity, courage, discipline and so on) up in yourself. GLM also makes you dominant, if it’s important for you. Both Khan and GLM have elements of leadership, but still The Commander is The Commander - a title for commanding and effective execution.
