Deny it. Starve it out until it withers
like an muscle that isn’t trained.
Imagine the look when I walked in
Darling, the walls are paper thin
Heard every word through the door
We know that you’re a-
breathing test

Promise I´ll never be just another memory
Never leaving out of your head
In order for identical beings
to get stronger and gain power,
they need to develop a killer instinct,
and that instinct is mostly forged in battle.
They must develop an insatiable hunger
to engage in battle. They must live
to mercilessly crush, shred and slice
their enemies.
This thirst for power is not
an unnatural desire. In fact it forms
the very essence of our beings.
Deep within our body lies
the whole instinct to dominate
and slaughter.
My friend you don’t have that.
You try to use your brain to win a fight,
you attempt to defeat your enemies
with reason and logic.
You don’t tap into those pure
base instincts that exists within
waiting to be released!
And the simple matter
is that it doesn’t work
Don’t have the heart
ughhhhh ~ /dies
distract me
You’re saying, “I hear you, and I love you”
“But my heart, it hurts for you.”
“And I just cannot give you what you need”
Now I’m on my knees
Praying to god, you’d talk to me
awoooooooo
Work hard . Play hard
I´m gonna jump into that pit over there watch me
I went to the wrestling class twice but I couldn´t keep up with the training even in the newbies group and gassed out sitting out half of the training on the bench cause I felt sick to my stomach. Ever since I skipped two trainings. I feel too far behind compared to my fellow newbies and I´m sort of embarrassed to go again. And each class I skip I know they are getting ahead. The trainer made this group few weeks back so noobs wouldn´t come to their general trainings where he “doesn´t have time to explain”. But I´m not able to catch up in group and going there again to sit out half of training is embarrassing. Maybe if I was a bigger person I would go nonetheless or did treadmill in between trainings but I don´t have enough will to muster up for it. I was sort of glad I even had enough will to go at all. I´m a bit defeated right now. I want to learn to wrestle. And I want to have better physique but I don´t want to go if I can´t keep up the group training. Every class I skip I know my group is getting even better at skill and stamina. I don´t have enough will to do more than attend. And now I don´t even want to… The pace is just too fast for me as I am. I think I have to find something else… GOD MANIFEST ME A WORKOUT BUDDY
Don’t beat yourself up over it. I had something similar when I tried Muay Thai. I felt like a loser for being sore for two weeks after my first day, so I was too embarrassed to go back lmao.
Fuck what anyone thinks. It’s really just you vs. you in the end. Pull through, especially if no one is clapping yet. Be your own cheerleader until you don’t need to anymore.
Have you tried asking people in your group if anyone has time to train with you outside of its usual setting? Maybe you find someone willing to lend a hand, spend a month or two training with them, and then return to the group just tearing shit up like

“I’m a quotophile I like quotes”
I hope when he takes her
Out on some fancy date
I hope that the waiter
Ends up having my name
Swear that I ain’t mad
But when he leans in too close
What are the odds that
He’s wearing my old cologne?
I wish you hell getting over me,
Go kiss and tell yourself
That he’s what you need
I wish you well getting help
With your missing piece
I wish you well
When you’re in hell
