Never run Khan before, and was wondering what y’all think about having it in a custom? I’m assuming it’s probably better to run the full standard program with each stage first, but what about a custom with Khan Stage 1 and 4 as cores?
Just curious if anyone has thoughts or experiences using Khan in a custom before using the whole program
A good question and I’m sure you’ll be fine. I actually did Total Breakdown for a month and jumped into Khan Complete without any problems, and yes, I do have it in a Custom right now. It depends on each individual though.
I’d say experiment with Khan Complete first, after going through a month of Total Breakdown and if that works out for you then you’re all set to go.
If you truly want to run Khan, I’d encourage you to start with Khan from the main shop. Run it per instructions. Probably each stage 30 to 60 days each. Then stage 4 as long as you wish. After completing the program, then perhaps put stage 4 into a custom.
With the pre-Q technology, there was someone who started with stage 4 and that just went… not so good.
I’d recommend you run it 30 days per stage. (especially stage 1 & 2 and even the whole thing I suggest yo u run it first and then go for a custom later)
Even pre-Q running st4 (and I had ran st1 for a month) was not a good decision
I’d advise against it.
