Hey! Care to update? I have a similar plan of stacking Khan ST4 with Stark. I have other plans as well, but just a thought, how are they working out together for you?

I was out of the country for a while, but here’s a quick update. switched one week ago from a emp-stark-spartan stack.
- main difference: more grounded, less enthusiastic about work. I’m still interested to do a good job, but I’m not as hot-headed as I was with Emperor. What I expect and love from Khan.
- Libido high, raging boners in the morning
As with Q versions, Stark takes a bit from the Khan grounding and makes me expansive and joyful. Most likely I’ll reduce Stark loops a bit and with future runs maybe cycle Stark and HOM.

Commander is out, so my stack now is Khan-Stark-Commander. In the past Commander helped with anything related to discipline (workouts, productivity overall, dieting), so let’s see what ZP version can do.

I thought that for discipline is spartan and for productivity other titles. Interesting.

For me, Commander gives me that planned approach to productivity, instead of “do! do! do!” approach I get from emp or executive.
It does say in the description that it improves executive functions, and I always liked the chilled approach to productivity I get from Commander. With Ultima V1, I had absolutely no issues fasting 1-2 days, just water for example. With v2, it wasn’t that easy, but still doable.
So yeah, I’m hoping to get both some discipline and a bump in productivity with Commander. I did vote it as my favorite product of 2021

@lovage why did you switch from emperor? was it slow for you ? you didnt feel any push towards work like you said before?

I knew from the get go I’ll at least test drive khan zp.
reasons why I gave up emp:
- I love stark zp: it was either stark or enp that goes away
- After a month of emp zp, I started to grid my teeth
- I always feel a bit anxious when running emp
Productivity wise emp zo was ok, I just prefer commanders approach to productivity.

What benefits have you noticed with this stack?
I’m running equal number of loops for Khan, Stark and Commander.
Definitely less playful from my Stark-Wanted and even Stark-Emperor stacks. A good balance.
- Verbal fluency from Stark is there, same with cognitive effects
- I purposely do not react to situations, eg not saying a word when I don’t like when someone asks me thibngs, just to create incomfortable silences. They work, most of the times, people appologise or rephase things
- Productivity through the roof ( I want it lower)
- A boss in bed, rock hard erections. Also from Stark-Khan my dirty talk is next level

My medium term objectives changed: I’m working to launch a new tech company with two associates. In addition to my day to day job. So that means I’ll move to my “grind my ass off” stack (more details below).
Review after 1 month with this stack:
- I got more and more serious. it’s weird that Khan ZP makes me more serious than Emperor ZP. I like it, but also (like on QV2) miss joie de vivre in my daily life
- easily sidetracked from morning workouts. Commander did a fair job for discipline, but from 6 workouts a week I drooped to 2-3. I do understand the context changed as well, since I’m working 12-16 hours a day. That’s why I NEED workouts even more
- as expected, sex life was amazing. Kinky, dominant sex is the norm
- productivity wise: while I work a lot, I easily get sidetracked, unfocused. This is the main reason I’ll remove Khan and replace it with Emperor.
- good verbal fluency, but also decreasing from where I started
So, I’ll continue with a new stack: Emp-Stark-Daredevil
Emperor: focus, workouts, overall toughness
Stark: them brainz
Daredevil: enjoy each day
We’re still in the product design phase, with A LOT of bizdev activities in the next months, so I do need that social part and daredevil should help.

What is bizdev?
That’s a really cool stack. I’ve had Emp and Daredevil together and they are an excellent complement of each other. Daredevil really does allow you to enjoy each moment joie de vivre, and also if your tech company involves people/sales/marketing (which essentially every company does) Daredevil makes you REALLY good with people.
I’m surprised you dropped Commander since it’s been such a staple for you. I love that sub a lot as well and looking for a way to bring it back into my stack in the future.

To experience this “joie de vivre” you speak of, the alpha programs need to be further diluted.
Because, the only joy in life, is PROGRESSION. The Alpha titles harshness, in other words, is the subliminal putting you on top of the world, you attract exactly what you are, so you take on the complete mental landscape of someone at the top.
Someone at the top doesn’t experience life like mere peasants do.

Some day you realize the pointlessness of This Pursuit and free yourself of comparing yourself.
Because if you compare yourself as a king over peasants . Are you not just a Peasant playing king?
And also if you can see yourself higher as some people you can Also see yourself as below people. So it’s just shackles.
To be the highest status you stop comparing your status and just accept that you are a king.
No comparison with anyone but yourself.
You are a king end of story . No standing above others, Because then other can stand over you.
Free yourself of this useless duality.
And yes the grammar is awful autocorrect on phone don’t agree with me.
