Could the sexual energy work of Khan Black lead to swollen lymph nodes? Asking because my right inguinal node seems to be quite enlarged as of a few days ago.

I’m walking more to help it drain. Just curious if running KB3 before KB1 and KB2 have had a chance to do enough work could lead to that. The Inguinal lymph node is the one right in the groin area. So the sexual energy connection jumped out at me just
now.

Unlikely. Khan Black deals specifically with light sexual cultivation. The immune system isn’t mentioned or affected at all.

Could you explain what you mean by “light” sexual cultivation? As far as I know, it’s supposed to cultivate hight amounts of sexual energy.
