So in a bit of a pickle.
I was listening to my custom and my plan was to only increase by +30s each listen and with my listening pattern i take 2 days off 1 day on.
So today i was only meant to listen for 1 minute 30s,but i accidentally overlistened and it went up to 3 minutes 35s, wich upset me as i didnt plan for that and thought for sure ill get stone walled or overloaded now, but the thing is i have experienced overload before and i know what type of symptons to expect but suprisingly so far i havn’t experienced any symptons or anything negative apart from a headache,usually i get recon in the form of anger,frustation,sadness or very vivid dreams relating to the past or vivid nightmares,or not being able to articulate my self properly, but suprisingly i havn’t experienced any cons and am actually in a good mood, so shall i stay at 3 minutes 35s and go from there or washout reset and start from 1 min 30s again?
