July 2023 - starting again

I haven’t run any titles since August of 2022, but last night I decided to see if I could consistently run Paragon and Legacy of the Spartan according to the most recently laid down guidelines.

I’ve got both files in my downloads so why not?

I ran them both once last night through my in ear monitors.

No expectations. Not exactly a new experiment as I have logged many hours with a range of Sub Club titles.

I had become very inconsistent in running the subs by last August. I guess I will see if I can do better yhis round.

Legacy is an addictive title, the relaxation scripting makes it a feel good title for me. And also has bled into my demeanor in life and even seduction, attitude, mindset

With a good stack, consistency is inevitable

I’ve forgotten to run my subliminals for four days. Need to run tonight.

Finally getting back to running my tracks.

You could even take the pressure off a bit, and only listen 2-3x per week.

That way you can set them to calendar days.

“Every Tuesday & Saturday at 6pm, after work, I listen to 15 mins of Paragon and 15 mins of LoTS”
