Started my first cycle of DRR3 today. DRR3 15m Godlike Executive 15m
I have no particular goals for this run. I’m just gonna let it do its thing.
Spent 100% of my day being a hermit. Spent 80% of that working on my apps and watching the Daniel Craig James Bond Series in order. I’m watching movies with new eyes now. I understand why people don’t like him now. He’s reckless as hell😂 I’m seeing a lot of ‘why tf would he do that?’ moments. Still I’ll learn what I can from him.

I have been humbled. I’m not special. What a wake up call. That red pill finally hit huh?
She was right. I was being too cocky.

Feel like my whole world is burning. I am hurt. I’m starting to feel remnants of my old self. Must be the recon.

My body released a lot of tension this morning.
I’m binge-watching movies and at the slightest bit of bad acting I burst out laughing with tears in my eyes.
The first quarter of Masters of the Universe damn near killed me. Gonna see Spiderman tonight. I hope I can hold it in. 
It’s kinda like walking into a new season. Last season, DRR, I had a massive cry release. This season I’m laughing. Got me curious to what 4 triggers.

I’m so ready to run DRR4 in Oct. I’ve never been so excited to run a sub.
Last night, I watched the movie Soul and the lesson I learned from it was so strong that it trigger a powerful emotional release. I cried so hard and felt immense gratitude for my life. There’s nothing else I need than this moment right now.
Amazing movie 10/10.
