I am running 1 custom right now.
Even running Khan Solo was more than enough.
It’s really powerful guys, the more important thing I’d say is how you manage to channel it.

“For you” feeds actually distort reality. It makes you think that this is what everyone else is watching.
Even notifications for you give you the sense of the largeness of your life by a sudden rise in likes but god knows how many likes the same people gave others.
This is exploited beautifully by Instagram.
Perhaps as strong as the like button itself?

No, my stack is just a wealth custom that I’ve shared above.
In the near future I will have a WTP custom which I have shared above too.
