I have ran Ecstasy of Gold (ST1 only). That is the most comprehensive wealth sub, though it is not the program with the latest technology (yet). From ST1 I got actionable insights on business ideas that could generate profit.
So you could split your timeframe up:
Genesis: Mogul —> NRICH —> Emperor or Stark Black or combination —> Ecstasy of Gold.
I have experience with every last one except Genesis: Mogul.
I will say this. 1 year after starting with Subliminal Club, utilizing Khan, I got an assignment that nets 6-figures in one year and it was ultra-exclusive. Khan is an alpha program with wealth benefits and at the time, it emphasized Mogul scripting. Wealth is not the main focus, but it definitely builds wealth if that is what you are after.
New Emperor is another alpha program very focused on wealth and business. It has a VERY potent inner-guide, so if you need definite structure in regards to your game-plan and execution, this is the one. It is very comprehensive.
Stark Black needs more time to be decided for me, though it is very promising, has 2 versions (fame and no-fame), and the cognitive enhancement is premium. Would definitely use this title for iron-clad strategy.
Stack-wise: Stark Black + Ecstasy of Gold. Why I say that? Ecstasy of Gold + SB synergy will pull the most useful information from your subconscious in regards to what void exist in the world, and you will be the one bringing the ingenious solution to the forefront. With Stark Black, I had uncanny perception about internal business practices down to precise details from a remote distance and no observation, based off the life experience I already have.
This is the most wealth scripting and manifestation scripting you’re going to get from what’s available. That is your wealth pillar.
Second sub should one that deals with however to want to make money. If you want to make money through tech or innovation, go with Stark or Stark Black. If you want to use art as a vehicle go with Ultimate Artist, if you want to make money through commerce and networking go with HoM. Those are just a few examples. This is your action taking pillar.
Third sub should be one that deals with whatever can stop you from taking action or a sub that eradicate self-worth issues. This could be Limitless Executive if procrastination is an issue or Love Bomb if self-love is an issue. This is your healing pillar.
Once you found your stack, stick you it until you’ve made $2.5 Million. Sub hopping ain’t going to take you nowhere. Of course journal and visualize your progress.
That is how I would do it if I had such a precise goal. Hell! I might build that very same custom after I get through my current goals and I set new money goals. I love how you decided on a precise amount of money. That’s how you work with your subconscious!!! Great job!
EDIT: One last thing: since you have a precise goal, after you’ve picked your subs, stay on track and stay focused. Don’t start adding to your stack stuff like sex and seduction subs or other subs you don’t need. That’s only going to get you sidetracted you, split your focus and slow you down.

I’m currently preparing for the GMAT, so QL is in my Stack currently along with SB & Khan. I have taken all of your inputs and here’s what I have formulated:
Stark Black is fitting extremely well so I do think I’d want to go with this BECAUSE I am also into Music Production & Marketing which involves the Innovation Aspect. I know HOM has the relationships building, but I will be an Employee soon and bringing innovation for the company will bring me Stock Options (Also, note that I am utilising absolutely terms like “will” to manifest it as I am writing).

Limitless Executive I have used it and I absolutely love it for how restless it makes me, and the flow state when focused. So definitely adding it.
Also, Khan I genuinely love it, and once I reach Stg 4 PERHAPS it can be in place of Limitless Executive?
So, I could be looking at - Stark & Khan!

Clarification on the first point: Do you mean, I should run EOG Individually or add ALL EOG cores in the custom?
@Metamorphosis : HoM has a very strong family component. If you don’t have family or not looking to start one soon, you should probably go with Stark Black which will work beautifully with Music Production & Marketing. Since you’re going to be an employee, Stark Black could also help you quickly work your way up in the company.
EOG is a 4 stage sub. You’re going to have to go from stage 1 to stage 4 and spend a few months on each stage. Since you have 3.5 years ahead of you that shouldn’t be an issue. You will have to create a custom for each stage. By the way, you should stay as long as you can on stage 1. There is one person here who spent almost a year on EOG stage 1. That erased the negative money manifestations and allowed more wealth to naturally flow into his life. EOG is not a program you should rush through. Especially not EOG stage1.

EOG standalone + Wealth Custom + Stark / Khan

I really do not care about Khan for the simple reason that it has lot of sexual scripting which could be a distraction. When I’m chasing money, I don’t chase women. By the way, find money and women will find you! 
Stark Black could potentially even make you charming enough so seduction won’t be an issue.
Also consider this, if you run EOG and Khan simultaneously, you’d be running two four stagers which is a lot!!! You’d spread yourself too thin. Also consider the fact that Khan is never going to have as much wealth scripting as EOG.
If you were thinking about Khan for alpha status reasons, just add Ascension as your third sub. It’s a fast acting alpha sub and it’s light too.
Khan is probably something you can run AFTER you reached your goal in 3 years. That would make you even more impressive. For now stay focused on wealth. Remember what I said here?

@Metamorphosis :One last thing. Back in the days, when I used to network a lot, I have been around a lot of millionaires. I remember one of them telling us this: “If you can stay focused for 36 months, you’ll change your life completely”!
It did take him 3 years to go from a broke college dropout who used to paint houses so he could pay his bills to a “quasi-millionaire”.
36 months is all it takes!!! Now I need to go work on my 36-month plan!

Turns out he hasn’t cleared a paper in 1st year. One of the gritty guys I know. Yet, sulking because he would not get a particular internship due to the backlog.
