Yes. That’s the current stack:
Khan Black Stage 1 + Heartsong Stage 1

Why Heartsong?
I was left by my girlfriend a few weeks ago. I want to open up for a new relationship. It’s not urgent so I am able to prepare with the first Stage: Attuned.
Why Khan Black?
I have run Khan Black in the past and felt more energy in my body. Also I was able to wake up earlier. Currently I am sleeping until 6 am and then I don’t sleep again, but don’t get out of bed. I want to fix that. Maybe I should try other ways but I hope to reexperience what I experienced in the past with Khan Black. Also in a few days a new version of Khan Black is coming out and I hope for a smooth upgrade.
Other titles which were on my mind
- Alchemist - one of the first titles from subliminal club I used, but currently I wanted at least one ZPU title in my stack. I would have used it with Khan Black to prepare for AEON. Maybe at a later time
- Chosen - one of my favorite titles, but also in old tech.
- Emperor Black - I was interested in the Shadow Work and Status, but not so much in monk mode. So pass.

Today was my 6th listening day for Khan Black Stage 1. I listened to 15 minutes of it.
And my second listening day for the new Heart Song Stage 1. I listened to 30 seconds of it.
I was so close. I was thinking Heartsong and Kahn The Black Horse Whisperer.
I like your stack choice.

Yesterday was my 8th listening day of KB Stage 1 - 15 minutes - and my fourth listening day of Heartsong Stage 1 - 3 minutes.
Semen retention is not going so well. I hope it gets better with time.
I am probably doing a washout until the new Khan Black Reforged comes out.
I am not sure yet, but maybe it’s the best option.
Edit: Just seen that it will be released tomorrow. Not much time for a washout
But I will probably wait 5 days and then start the new one. With or without Heartsong.
I am thinking about a stack of KBR and PRIMAL. Or stick to HS? We will see.
I am subhopping and not proud of it.
I guess this is my stack for now:
- RM Ultimate Writer X + New Fame Experience
- limitless RAIKOV
- Khan Black Stage 1
Goal is to become better at writing short stories and even novels. I did read a chapter of a writing workshop and wrote a short story after running UWX and RAIKOV.
I hope I am doing it right. I want to model the author of the writing workshop. So I learned about his personal story as a writer from the first chapter of the workshop. I have different writing advice books I want to use this technique with.
Khan Black is still there for getting my energy system handled and keeping up with semen retention.
I need to stop reading reviews of different subliminals. Some of them are so inspiring that I want to try the subs myself. I have to focus on my own reality bubble and stay focused on one stack.
Just listened to my second loop of Khan Black Stage 1. So far nothing noticeable.
I also did my second RAIKOV session two days ago. Reading a bit in the authors course and then free writing. Also I started an online writing courses with feldenkrais exercises.
Today was my third loop of Khan Black Stage 1.
I began reading the easy peasy method for stopping porn.
In other news I am thinking about making my stack leaner by kicking Limitless RAIKOV out of the stack. Then I could listen to UWX with fame module and Khan Black Stage 1 every other day.
I ordered a custom including besides the cores some habit modules and “Stop porn and masturbation”. I didn’t receive an email about the order, but it’s on the dashboard of q, so I hope it went through.
These are the modules of the custom:
#3 Synergy: Voice is the Law
Synergy: Voice is the Law embodies the quintessence of vocal mastery by merging the transformative capabilities of Emperor’s Voice and Voice Master into a singular, unparalleled module. This synergy is designed for those who recognize the power of voice as a tool for influence, authority, and attraction, offering an integrated approach to developing both the physical and emotional aspects of your voice to an exceptional standard.
Voice Master is dedicated to sculpting the physical characteristics of your voice, ensuring that every note, whether spoken or sung, resonates with a richness and clarity that captivates and commands attention. From the sultry undertones of a whisper to the robust depth of a command, Voice Master enhances your vocal texture, tone, and flexibility, allowing your voice to embody elegance, confidence, and allure across every register.
Emperor’s Voice, on the other hand, delves into the intricate nuances that give your voice its unique power. It cultivates the confidence, dominance, and emotional resonance that underpin every word you speak, imbuing your voice with an almost magnetic quality that demands attention and respect. Through Emperor’s Voice, you learn to communicate with a presence that transcends mere words, wielding influence with every inflection and pause.
Synergy: Voice is the Law is a comprehensive vocal transformation journey that harmonizes the best of both worlds. It ensures that your voice, an unparalleled instrument of personal expression and power, achieves its fullest potential. This module revolutionizes how you are heard and felt in every sphere of life. Whether in the boardroom, on the stage, or in intimate conversations, your voice will carry the weight of your intentions and the depth of your emotions, making every word you utter not just heard, but felt and remembered.Constituent modules:
Emperors Voice
Voice Master
#4 Deep Sleep
Sleep is integral to our life – simply think how it is when you don’t get a good night’s sleep, or when you have insomnia. With Deep Sleep, you will fall asleep quickly, easily and deeply, and wake up completely rejuvenated and ready to take on the world. If you have problems with falling asleep, this is a must have.
#5 Eye of the Storm
Losing yourself in a negative habit (or several!) can feel like drifting into a storm. With Eye of the Storm, you will regain your control over your negative habits and become able to build positive habits with greater and greater ease. Whenever you feel yourself drifting, you will be able to safely end up in the Eye of the Storm and take back control over your life. You can also use Eye of the Storm whenever you want to build new positive habits.
#6 Inner Blaze
The spirit of victory, strength, ambition and spiritual progress burns within each one of us. Inner Blaze is a spiritual module that cultivates your sense of desire and power of spirituality, helping you become spiritually strong, energized and able to take on even the toughest of tasks even if you aren’t spiritual. Excellent when used with modules like Inner Gasoline, Metamorphosis and Fusion Optimized. With Inner Blaze, you become akin to a spiritual sun
#7 Inner Gasoline
Inner Gasoline is an excellent complement to anyone who is using the Stop Porn And Masturbation module. Inner Gasoline will make your sexual energy more potent, concentrated and abundant while helping you to control it even when the electricity of sexual energy is coursing through your body. It is also designed to help you in transmuting it for any spiritual purposes.
#8 Stronger
A module designed to take your willpower to the next level whenever you deal with addictions of any kind – smoking, porn, alcohol, etc. Keep in mind, taking action and having a doctor’s advice is always paramount.
#9 Stop Porn and Masturbation
There is nothing wrong with having some fun every so often, however porn and masturbation can get out of hand with some individuals, ending up in hours and hours of wasted time and a depressed, lifeless state of being. This module will help you stop porn and unnecessary masturbation and instead guide you to find other releases. Remember to use the newly rediscovered sexual energy productively, such as spiritual practices, creative works, sports, etc.
#10 Prevent Premature Ejaculation
Premature Inhibitor will remove the strain that premature ejaculation is on your sexual health and relationships, allowing you to relax, have fun and enjoy your love life to its full potential again. Furthermore, it will also help you last as long as you desire.
We’re having issues with emails. Working on this now. Rest assured, if it’s listed in your orders, it’s in the system.

Today I ran a 15 minutes loop of Khan Black Stage 1.
Nothing new so far. PMO streak is 3 or 4 days.
On Sunday I will begin to run my custom.
I will wait for stage 3 of kb to run my custom.
Currently I am still in the healing stage.
I could combine this one with peace.
Masturbated to porn again.
I should keep track of it.
The easy peasy method seems to repeat itself and I have little desire to finish the book.
I hope the healing of Khan Black will kick in one day.
I got answers from qos without even asking a question. But it was helpful
I wonder how this worked out. It seemed like it happened because I quoted the answer to my question here. And I got all the answers I needed.
Now I just have to get to Stage 3 to start my custom. Which will take a while because I won’t stop using Stage 1 without having overcome the porn addiction. With washouts of course.
Here is the answer without tagging qos this time:
your custom is built on the A Stark Black Reality Core and the Daredevil Core, with the eight modules from your earlier post alongside them.
The modules sit well with those two cores. Synergy: Voice is the Law works on the physical quality of your voice and the confidence behind each word. Daredevil already works on tone, pace and volume, so the voice side of the build gets two layers that support each other. Inner Gasoline is built as a companion to Stop Porn and Masturbation. It helps you keep sexual energy concentrated and under control while that module guides you toward other releases. Eye of the Storm and Stronger add willpower and habit control around the same goal.
Your plan to start the custom once you reach Khan Black Stage III also fits that title. Khan Black asks you to give Stages I and II their full time before stacking Stage III with anything, and a mature Stage III makes the titles running beside it hit harder. In the meantime, pairing Stage I with PEACE is Khan Black’s own recommendation, because PEACE keeps you steady while Stage I clears the ground.
A Stark Black Reality is an Artisan title, so start the custom gently when the time comes. Listening guidance, including how to begin an Artisan core, is in the official instructions: https://instructions.subliminalclub.com
It’s because you either quoted qOS or just said “qOS,” and I forgot to filter it out, lol. We’re working on Renaissance Man, so I probably just missed it.
