Journal: The Emperor's Relentless Pursuit

Holiday stack

The last couple of weeks were really demanding, with a lot of stress, which caused a lot of self-doubt.
Now I will start a, hopefully so, refreshing holiday stack, consisting of Godlike Masculinity and the new Dragon Reborn: Regeneration. GLM I need to keep myself at the top of my game especially because I’ll be around my wife the whole time  and DR:Regeneration should help me overcome the stress and start fresh in the new year.

I’ve been in washout since January 11th. Before Christmas, I was nearing burnout. My head was exploding, and I couldn’t deal with the slightest bit of stress. I fell into a dark place. My old patterns emerged, and a light depression set in. Over the holidays I had 10 days of rest. I listened to Godlike Masculinity and Dragon Reborn: Regeneration, which helped me calm down. But the main problem, I realize now, was that I maybe had too much going on in my head from using Emperor: The Executive for a long period without a washout longer than 5 days. So I decided to take a longer break. And here I am. Now ten days into washout, and things are starting to clear up. After the holidays I also got sick (something that’s happened very rarely in recent years and was an expression of an old pattern). Now, my head is slowly clearing up and I feel like I’m reemerging on the surface after a deep dive into dark waters. At night my dreams are very intense, they mix current fears with images and feelings from my youth. I think during this washout, my subconscious no longer has to grapple with processing the new ideas from the subliminals. Instead, it’s looking at other things that are holding me back. Although the dreams aren’t pleasant, I want to use them as a stepping stone for further growth.

Although I have many interests and goals I would like to reach (improve my writing, improve my coding, improve my Italian, etc), I decided to run Dragon Reborn Red as my next subliminal. During Emperor: The Executive, which really helped me get better at focusing more on work and procrastinating less, I realized that the trauma causing my procrastination and lack of goal orientation has to be tackled at its root. It must be an old trauma from my childhood, either something I inherited from my father or developed as a shield to protect myself. Now it’s time to grow out of it, and I think Dragon Reborn Red would be a good subliminal to dig deeper and resolve some old patterns. I also hope, that resolving this pattern will help my to reach my above-stated goals easier. I don’t know when I’ll start; I want to allow it some more time to develop the right time to start.

Starting a new cycle
I decided to go with Dragon Reborn Red and Godlike Masculinity. GLM is one of the most effective subs for me. With DRR I want to address some really old issues about productivity, goal setting, and meaning in life. The Executive helped a lot with productivity, but I discovered that the cause of my procrastination and lack of following through on ideas and goals goes much deeper, and I would like to grab it by the root with Dragon Reborn Red. I contemplated a long time if I should have chosen Genesis to get clarity on my path in life but finally I got a strong calling for DRR. Because I pair it with GLM I will also implement the experimental listening pattern. That means that I will run DRR for the next 8 months. 60 days of each stage. After two months I will decide if I switch out GLM for Limitless: Polyglot or Spartan: The Beast Unleashed (also two titles with the anti-recon-tech).

This pattern of increasing exposure over time should follow this pattern: 30s, 1m, 3m, 7m, 15m (full loop).

I will start with this for 30 listening days (60 days in full):

1st listening day
27.1.26: GLM (30sec)
27.1.26: DRR Stg. 1 (30sec)

Half an hour after I listened to GLM and DRR, I got a strong feeling of nausea. Never happened before. At the same time I had to cough twice and two thick lumps came out of my lungs. It seems like DRR is cleaning something, considering that the lungs are my weak point. Two weeks earlier I got sick with a strong cough. It was, I think, a direct consequence of my “almost” burnout before Christmas and some light depression over the holidays. DRR seems to be helping me overcome the deep-seated unconscious structures that caused that illness.

Yesterday I had some strong revelations about my tendency to blame others or circumstances for my fate in life. I’ve known about it consciously for a long time, but yesterday, I think, it transferred to my subconscious, and I felt some relief and stopped lying to myself (I used to blame my wife, etc., for things that were actually my own desire. For example, I blamed my wife that I was unable to stick to private projects, but I had to realize that it would have the very own outcome if she would not have been around…).

I thought about the experimental pattern I’ll use and the recommendation to use the sweet-spot method for DRR, so I decided to combine the two. Today I increased my listening time to 40 seconds, ten more than before.

2nd listening day
29.1.26: GLM (40sec)
29.1.26: DRR Stg. 1 (40sec)

Right now, as I write this, just 15 minutes after listening to DRR, I am overcome by a strong feeling of nausea again. DRR seems to hit very hard. I listen to GLM since about 6 months and it never happened, so I think it’s DRR who causes that.
Update: 30 mins later the nausea is gone.

3rd listening day
31.1.26: GLM (50sec)
31.1.26: DRR Stg. 1 (50sec)

Yesterday I had my first 100% no procrastination day for years. DRR and GLM seem to help reach my goal of more productivity. I got to a point where my destructive behavior got really dangerous to my job and career. I hope with intention and DRR I can work around that and solve my old traumas that cause this.

For clarification, why I try to overcome my procrastination with DRR and not with Emperor: The Executive. I used The Executive from August until December 2025. It worked for a good amount, but it also caused a lot of stress. I realized that my procrastination is caused by some old trauma or strange belief (probably from my early childhood). I will come back to The Executive later.

Yesterday, after I run DRR I also got nausea, the third time in a row.
Since running DRR I feel a big relief. I’m not exactly sure of what, but I feel lighter, less stressed, and more okay.

4rd listening day
2.2.26: GLM (60sec)
2.2.26: DRR Stg. 1 (60sec)

Another productive workday without procrastination. About an hour before the end of my shift, fatigue set in, but instead of falling into my usual browsing habits, I tackled some low-energy tasks that had been piling uu, like tidying things that had been sitting around for far too long.

The second area I’ve been focusing on since starting DRR is my posture. I’m consistently maintaining good alignment while walking and sitting, rather than slumping. A year ago, I saw solid improvements from Spartan Apex Warrior and assumed they would continue on their own, that the subliminal would handle it. But I’m now realizing that while the sub can support me, real change has to come from my own deliberate effort, I have to make it happen.

5th listening day
4.2.26: GLM (80sec)
4.2.26: DRR Stg. 1 (80sec)

Added 20 seconds to my last listen. DRR is massively helpful in overcoming my procrastination. Had another 2 days without mindless browsing, etc. I also started picking up old tasks that were long overdue. Was able to work also on important things that are not urgent but will have a massive impact in the future. The urgent things I was able to do and also felt lighter and more efficient. I think I wasn’t that productive in the last 5 to 6 years like in the last days. I had single days that I was productive (but with more energy consumption), but never a week in a row. Like now. Emperor The Executive helped a bit but it also gave me a great confusion and overwhelm (I had a feeling like nearing a burnout). Maybe I will add the updated Executive later on to my stack.

6th listening day
6.2.26: GLM (60sec)
6.2.26: DRR Stg. 1 (60sec)

Went back to 60 seconds. Got light recon on 80 seconds. Was over emotional about minor things, had a backlash to old thoughts of worthlessness. Could keep work on a high level. Had a brief slip to browsing today, but it was nothing compared to before DRR.

GLM is an incredible productivity sub as well. Better than the executive for me. I’m not interested in extreme hustle, I want to feel at peace, and do everything I need to do, to be able to feel that. So GLM is more suited for me. Maybe you as well.

I noticed your listening days have had GLM in them for a long time, but always alongside exec or regen. Now it’s just GLM, with regen probably having healed the blocks to GLM/Exec, but no longer being so heavily intensive to process.

DRR probably having an effect on productivity as well but I also imagine you’ve just done a lot of foundational work and now GLM has center stage to shine!

With DRR clearing out the remaining blockages (literally out of ur lungs, too!!!) I’m sure this stack will be extremely effective.

One thing I remember Saintsovereign saying was that you don’t NEED to (if you don’t want to) increase listening time for multistagers to be effective - but if you don’t, you need to keep the listening times consistent across stages,

He completed all of Khan Black with only 30s loops of each stage and got the full benefits of the titles (and he knows what the full benefits would be better than anyone)

Perhaps you could stick to 60s loops of all 4 stages while continuing to increase ur listening time to GLM, maybe even going back down to 60s of GLM every time you start a new stage, and then working your way up again until you’re at full loops of GLM, then switching to a new stage again
