8th listening day
10.2.26: GLM (60sec)
10.2.26: DRR Stg. 1 (60sec)
I’ve been thinking about the amazing results I’m getting since starting this cycle, and reflecting on all the factors that helped me crush through a VERY big obstacle: my work procrastination. I tried for years to fight it with goal setting (didn’t work), willpower (didn’t work), systems (didn’t work), and got to a point where I seriously considered starting behavioral psychotherapy. I’m going to fight hard and take relentless action to keep this momentum going.
So what actually helped me achieve my current no-procrastination state? First, I think the 6 or 7 cycles of Emperor: The Executive (the new “unbalanced” one), paired with GLM, had a huge impact. But because I had huge blockages in my subconscious, I almost went crazy, meaning I almost developed a stress-induced burnout. Then over the holidays, I used only GLM and DR: Regeneration. The change came suddenly after a washout of about 15 to 16 days. I started with GLM and DRR and boom, the results started showing.
I went to the support site and found this article: What Is a Subliminal Washout and When Should I Do One?. I think what I experienced was a massive example of a successful integration process during my washout, plus the additional trauma healing of DRR dissolving old blockages.
Going forward, I’m thinking about altering my schedule like this:
- Finish this cycle of GLM and DRR 1 with 60sec loops
- Start next cycle with GLM, DRR1, and Emperor The Executive as a third sub (starting at 30 secs)
- After two cycles of DRR 1, start the third cycle with GLM and DRR2 only (at 30-60 secs)
- 4th cycle: GLM, DRR2, Exec
- 5th cycle: GLM, DRR3
- 6th cycle: GLM, DRR3, Exec
- 7th cycle: GLM, DRR4
- 8th cycle: GLM, DRR4, Exec
For all these cycles, I will keep the listening times at 60 seconds maximum.
With this schedule, I want to keep The Executive in my stack so I can continue reinforcing the anti-procrastination pattern, but without overloading, keeping it the same throughout all four stages of DRR.
The above schedule is not set in stone. Maybe there is a better way forward.
