Jouissance - The Executive

Making a journal for each MAJOR title that I run has proven to be most effective for me.

That way I can go back and quickly see what the results of those titles are and what each booster effects it like.

For example, I have a Khan journal, but not a ROTNW/WB journal because i’m not CONSISTENTLY running those as the driver of my stack.

Similarly I have an EOG journal but since HOM is a booster not a HOM journal.

The executive will probably be a short journal just documenting the ramp up of this, as I plan on running it as the “main” title in my stack.

Alongside it I’ll run paragon to recover from a flu, and will just be using HOM/Khan as a booster when I see fit to shift my socializing style towards sales/seduction.

But I really want to see what Executive as the driver of the stack can do!

1 min Executive (evening before bed)

5 min paragon

Starting small with exec in case it hits hard!

So are you complete with running EOG for the time being ?

No, i’m not “done” with EOG. But I am gonna let it bloom for a bit.

New journal because I’m going to run a separate journal for each major title that drives my stack.

That way, It’s easier for me to look back on the impact of different subs.

Paragon and Executive both have very little impact on overall personality/goals so it’ll be fascinating to let ALL alpha/weLth/goal/status subs bloom

First day I was feeling a little “off” in the morning

Could just be my flu or could be executive giving a lil recon in the AM

i DID feel myself “turn on” in the afternoon though and now I’m ON

Day 1

Effective.

That’s the best way to put it.

I found my morning slow to start - I literally had resistance to getting started in my day.

Once I started it was a steady-but-non-stop output of effort.

I was tied for first place on the leaderboard today with 30-ish minutes left in the day

I pushed, ended up getting one more deal, and ended the day #1 - not in a tie.

Certainly was a result of my productivity/output, not exactly my “skill.”

My skill is consistent even without a wealth sub.

Interesting that I felt “off” this morning

Perhaps I felt “off” because with exec and paragon all the wealth/status scripting was pushed to the back burner?

Excited to see who I am without that scripting!

Or perhaps I needed to “just start” because once I did I felt awesome! I do remember saint saying you need to help scripts like The Executive and Limitless Executive kick in by “taking action” like starting so the script has a way to execute

Will reduce to 30s next listening day since 1min was effective

Actually after work was a challenge too.

Didn’t know what to do with myself.

Satisfaction was low.

I noticed @prioritas already reported happiness recon. I’m feeling that too.

Just gonna go reaaaaaal low and slow with this sub to test out the recon. It’s targeting a challenging subconscious belief for me, so, I’m sure it’ll hit deep

We can make associations later on down the road about what sub will complement this or if it even needs complimenting.

Just testing for now.

Exec does what it’s meant to do, no question even from day one. Question is what type of stack does it fit best in and what impact does it have on a stack

You ran Emperor Black before, right?
If so, how do you notice them differing?

(I’m considering both in my new productivity stack)

Last night was the first night in a long time that I felt insomnia and didn’t sleep until 1:30 AM

From high levels of mental activity?

Or was it a physical energy thing?

Like what flavor of restlessness was blocking you

I’ve found that at bed time, due to my screen usage, I consistently go to bed at like 2AM

Last night I decided to start reading a book around 11pm instead of watching TV/scrolling, and at like 12:45 realized I had been reading for almost 2 hours and went straight to bed, feeling good and tired

I think I’ve avoided reading at night recently because all the books I have are non-fiction / self-development and after a day of working it’s not always exciting to work more haha

So last night I grabbed a sci-fi book a friend lent me and that was much lighter fare.

Anyway, all that to say, I feel you bro! Recon on this sub was expected, but it’s swift, and the bent towards action taking helps resolve it, even if it’s action towards the unwind/rest we need post-work

Are you still doing your SDR role, or closing currently? Could see benefits either way, but in an SDR position this sub would likely crush.

@niles

Yeah SDR, my thoughts exactly… I have more than enough skill needed for this… Just need output

This is a really great opportunity though because I have very bad ADHD that I’ve always wanted to heal, but that was always a distraction from my sales goals… now at this role. I have an opportunity to heal my ADHD in a way that makes me more money.

I’d say bad choices

Perhaps also a windfall of the hyper productive outputs of my work day

Getting that many sets meant, I had a lot of paperwork to do… But I put it off until 9 PM. Wasn’t done until 10. Then I had a 75 minute phone call with a girl, so now we’re pushing 11:30 PM.

Next thing you know, it’s almost midnight and I’ve had no shut down, no solitude, no mind body connection

My normal routine is to lock my phone and laptop in a safe at around 8 PM and have total tech free time until after my sales meeting the next morning

This is me as well, except on a regular basis

I like your routine/approach, except I get fear around missing texts/calls that could be important, like in an emergency

pretty sure that will never happen ever.

but also if you get this then you will still be able to answer a call if need be

Day 2

heavy recon.

porn use has returned (never really an issue for me)

laate night on tech has returned (havent had that since the first day i moved into my new place with roommates I like)

actually felt more sick this morning (as a result of less sleep likely)

sales abilities are, in my eyes, going down the toilet, although performance on calls hasn’t been quantitatively effected yet…

but there is a bright side to this… i am noticing the weaknesses in my productivity, my vulnerabilities… none of these habits are “new” to me, they’re just my biggest demons returning to me.

I’m planning and executing on new ways to be productive. New systems. New aspirations. Implementing things I want is easier, I have less resistance to “start” something when I decided to do it, EVEN WHEN im tired and in a bad state.

The night before last I slept SUPER WELL and early, had a shutdown routine in the evening that was more effective than usual,

So overall Exec is effective, high recon, with balanced pros and cons for me

but until I get used to it’s power, it won’t be a short-term fast-acting state-booster and digital-adderral like limitless executive and/or sanguine are

Morning day 3

Woke up one hour earlier and immediately started working, that’s not something I’ve done at this new job.

Got a booking, then went for a 1hr walk.

Very productive morning I must say, especiallly now that exec is blooming (haven’t listened to it in 48 hours)

Ultimately, will be reintroducing the rest of my stack in soon.

As mentioned, EXEC is long term improvement not a quick fix or immediate state change. LE ZP still takes the cake there.

But as part of a stack this will be one of my favorite subs for SURE

10s HOM microloop this morning

What I’ve noticed with the executive so far, is that it doesn’t quite work like the old executive or LE where it’s a short term/instant boost to productivity, even with micro loops.

I mainly run 5 min loops, but I’m finding that after a couple of off days is when I am really noticing the mental clarity, execution, productivity, etc.

This is a pattern I’m seeing with a lot of the NSE subs. In the past with Zp2, it was run the title, and minutes to an hour after your getting nearly full effects.

With the NSE, it really sneaks up on you, and then a couple of weeks into a cycle you realize that your a much more productive and clear headed person. Sometimes I will feel like subs aren’t working, and then a few weeks later I’m like ooooohhhh shit lol. I’m learning, at least from what I’ve gathered, that the new subs are an ENTIRELY different experience from ZP2, to the point where I don’t even really look for results until 2-3 weeks in of running a sub.

Edit; Ah just read your most recent post lol, always on the same page :joy:

Khan ST2 is INSTANT for me. 60 min activation time.

But that level of confidence might be more natural for me than the productivity/adhd in executive?

Before re-introducing HOM, I was frustrated after calls, and lead quality was shoddy

Today has been amazing
