Day 40 Stage 1 - Day off number one

Yes me

A combination of Sedona/Release Technique - Philosophy - PSTEC - NLP Techniques - Breath Work, and some other stuff all will help with healing

and most importantly CBT, MBCT, REBT etc (Feeling Good / Feeling Great)

It’s not Frugal and Boring… you are a true spartan having discipline.

Ares would be proud of you

I ran three loops each yesterday of Dragon Reborn Stage One and Quantum Limitless Stage One as well as a loop of Elixir. I feel good this morning but a bit groggy which is probably related to some sleep issues. Not a huge deal.
Hoping I don’t regret running two programs simultaneously. Reading the results @Hermit has gotten with Quantum Limitless just feels like it will expand on what I’m working to achieve with Dragon Reborn. I haven’t really gone in depth about what my goals are. It’s about becoming as mentally and emotionally mature and healthy as possible while making or hopefully making the best decisions for my family while remaining as focused as possible and being able to tune out distractions and shiny object syndrome. Being able to stay focused on what’s important and not be concerned with missing out on anything. Being content just taking care of my family the way that they deserve

I have noticed recently how it feels like I am more aware of things now. I don’t have any immediate examples but I’m not sure if I had some block or trauma or that I was aloof or just blissfully ignorant of a lot but it does feel like I am able to observe and notice things I somehow missed before.
It could be that all of us through daily life get stuck in a certain perspective or way of looking at things and once that is altered it’s cool but you’re also wondering how you didn’t notice something before.

It seems to me you’re heading down the path of the Sage now. I envy you a bit but I decided to go after money with Mogul. I have to start my family first and then there will be the time to follow that path.

@James, I thought you were more focused on finances. Is QL a leadup for EOG? I’m writing since you spoke of a one-year commitment to QL.

What’s your actual goal for QL?

Following your gut?

That’s exactly what I’m doing.

@subliminalguy Everything I have read about achieving wealth comes down to providing or adding value or solving problems. With QL I hope to see solutions that may not be obvious to others. That way I’m doing what I previously mentioned but also benefiting from it. So when I do run EOG the path and vision is much clearer.

Not at all. Running both is allowing me to not just resolve my issues and trauma but also be more realistic and pragmatic about what I’m doing

@Malkuth I thought I would point this out something I just noticed . Bottom right hand side

Have you considered a timeframe for QL yet?

Also, in my own life I’m thinking of @Simon’s idea of doing St4 for longer vs. all stages. There is some appeal to it. It’s simpler. Have you considered doing this?

Like @Sub.Zero and I discussed and you mentioned probably a year. I didn’t read what at @Simon posted I will have to check it out

I have a feeling that is what St4 is meant for. Once the base is done, you keep building on it with St4.

@Hoppa I’m guessing that means Stage 4 acts as both a finisher and a refresher
