I agree with you that Mogul and Limitless are an excellent place to start.
My recommendation (despite the abundance of choices that exist here):
If you’re open to it, try starting with just one program. I’d recommend Mogul ZP. Establish your baseline with that one program. Give it a little time to show you what it can do.
The listening guidelines for one ZP program are very simple. 1 or 2 loops, every other day, for 21 days. 5 days off.
If possible, see if you can put your focus on just enjoying your life and working on your projects. Look at it like this: I’ve already accomplished good things in my life, and now I’m going to accomplish even more.
Avoid this approach: This is it! My one, last chance to push through all obstacles and have a perfect life with everything I’ve always wanted!
When you’re able to help it, don’t sign into the forum every 10 minutes to get yourself very worked-up. Cultivate a feeling of confident gratitude, and try to reject desperation.
With ZP, 1 listening cycle is 26 days. 21 days of alternate day listening, plus 5 processing rest days with no subliminal exposure.
Give yourself 1 or even 2 listening cycles (26-52 days) with just Mogul ZP. Then bring in Limitless and play that combined stack for 1 or 2 more listening cycles (26-52 more days). By then it will be between 52 and 104 days from now. Between 10 February 2022 and 3 April 2022.
Spring 2022. A good time to take stock.
Give yourself until that time to just develop freely. Within those 3 months, you’re allowed to try different experiments. To see what ideas come to you. To work on different things. Then in Spring after 3 or 4 listening cycles, you’ll take stock and see what has happened for you.
These are suggestions. There are many other possible ways to approach this.
But it’s a good idea to start off with a simple, focused experience. Later, you can try out all of the bells and whistles; but if you start focused and pared-down, you’ll always have a very clear baseline for comparison.
