Issue with support login and password reset

Just created a support account because there’s an issue with my order, but the site tells me the password is invalid. I’m using the exact one I provided during signup.

Have tried the password reset multiple times. Nothing. Help.

Can you make a new support account and reference this thread? Make sure you include the email address for the old accounts. We’ll recover them for you and assign a temporary password.

I just tried creating a new one, but there’s no confirmation given, nor can I login using the email and password I supplied. The password reset also gives no feedback. I have not received a single email, except the one with the custom delivery. I didn’t even receive an order confirmation after ordering. I don’t have issues with my email, as I get tons of emails every day. Something is very wrong. How can I get in touch with you guys? This is driving me nuts.

I was able to create a new support account. This is my 3rd support account.

I only saw your reply just now. Went to check the support desk (to get the ticket number) and it asked me to login, and the same thing happens: I enter my email and password (that I specified during signup), and nothing happens. It doesn’t even show any error messages. The login page just reloads when I click the button to login. I can’t be the only one having this issue? Have tried on 2 different computers, using 3 different browsers (Chrome, Safari and Firefox), have even tried using incognito. Exact same outcome. I receive the newsletters just fine, but I do not receive anything from the support desk. How can we get this resolved? Before I get a reply to a support inquiry, the session has expired, and I’m forced to login, which I can’t, so I have no way of checking the response.

But my email for the account I am locked out of is preventing me from that
