If you choose Beast Within, Beast Unleashed and Emperor Fitness, then:

Day 2: Rest
Day 3: Emperor Fitness ST1 x1
Day 4: Rest

That’s a good schedule. Although keeping Emperor Fitness ST4 in your schedule for longer would have been good.

I may be incorrect, as the Beasts barely see the light of the day on the forums, and perhaps rightly so, as they’re busy grinding steel, sweat and flesh; but it may be unnecessary to stack them with Emperor Fitness.
Since EF covers every single things you’d need on your journey, including and not limited to what the Beasts offer, it’s better to include something else in your stack.

They were useful and had their uses back in Ultima days, a much older technology, yet powerful. I’d say they still are useful; their value relies on the user`s needs.
They’re in a bundle because they can be used where they’re seen fit.
In a similar case to The Alchemist Bundle. Going through the Alchemist, theoretically speaking, should spare one from needing As Above and So Below, but that is clearly not the case, sometimes one needs that spiritual boost and would find their uses; such is also the case with The Beasts.
They’ll still make their come back after the reimagination, with all the Physical Shifting technologies and NSE, and all else in cooking in the lab.
