Yes, that’s within the recommended guidelines.
Up to 3 majors and 2 boosters.
If an Ultima is being played as a major program (i.e., multiple loops per day) then that counts as one of the three majors.

also do you do that on every multistage program ?
you should expect to see minor changes around day 30, strong changes around day 90, and MAJOR changes at six months. Using a subliminal program is like going to the gym, you just can’t use it once a week for an hour and expect huge changes in your life. They require consistent, regular use. It’s like going to the gym — with regular training, you’ll notice your strength levels rapidly increasing. If you go sporadically, you’ll never see really good results.
As I want a major life shift per stage then I must do 6 months per stage. I also plan on doing my UA one that I will make in Nov for at least a year. My Ultima will most likely go at least 2 years.
I got rid of the ‘shiny ball syndrome’ for good. Now I am going for a massive life overhaul and I do want major changes
For example I am now, in September, healing a major issue I had for 22 years, if I raced thru the stage 1 in 2 months that issue would still be with me, but I would be i stage 2. I’m not rushing anything, anymore.
Yes any subliminal I do will now go for at least 6 months.

i think thats the way to go, but i was curios one the stage approach since stages are recommended to be played for 1 month each stage
then you can go ham on the last stage ST4 for more than 6 months even
