Is this pattern ok with ZP?

As the title suggests, I want to ask if this listening pattern is good or not:

Day 1: ZP1 + ZP2 + ZP3
Day 2: Rest
Day3: ZP1 + ZP2 + ZP3

etc…

I find doing the following pattern a bit slow in its execution:

Day 1: ZP1 + ZP2
Day 2: Rest
Day3: ZP3

Since it divides in two blocks the stack.

What do you think?

If this already feels slow, then trust me, 3 a day will only feel slower.

You may want to check out the statements regarding avoiding overexposure in the Zero Point Listening Instructions.

For me is only for the time. 1 day vs 3 days, but I think you mean it 's going to be more heavy on the subconscoius, right?

You really believe that @SaintSovereign and @Fire didn’t think of that 3 tracks a day pattern before suggesting the current one that we use?

thank you!

Yep, there are very few people I would actually be able to name right now, who I believe can execute 3 ZP subs a day without any issues, I’m one myself, but then again, everyone is different, and if you overloaded on ZP, then you might have terrible, terrible recon.

Seeing how 3 Qv2 tracks every other day used to knock me out, to the point that I had to take a nap in the middle of the day, I wouldn’t get close to 3 ZP tracks in a single session.

That’s the pattern I’m running right now.

Day A:

Libertine ZP
Love Bomb ZP
Emperor ZP

Day B:

Libertine ZP
Love Bomb ZP
Mogul ZP

Processing day in between

can you handle it?

I wouldn’t keep doing it if I couldn’t. It’s great. Had some weird recon last week. Been fine since though. Was hella productive the last 2 days.

Had the 2nd best sex of my life Friday night.

It’s in my journal. But yeah. IT. IS. AHMAZING.

What about this one

1 day: 1, 2
2 day: rest
3 day: (1 or 2), 3
4 day: rest

That’s why you’re among the people I have in mind who could handle 3 a day :muscle:t3::sunglasses:

Trust the process. I’m using 3 titles (recently added a third since the release) and I’m following the recommendations to a T cause last thing I need right now is over exposure.
