can i run primal during the week to work on my inner game and then run something like S&S, WB or RoN on the weekends when i go out to meet girls?

im considering running primal sunday to thursday and then on weekends when i go out i use something for outer game/external results.

is this a stupid idea or it should work?

These subs aren’t “run and go” like older tech was. These are meant to be run in a cycle for the proper exposure.

Best to run Primal and the other title together for a cycle.

Yes but you will have to choose 3 titles maximum in a stack that you run for a cycle or more.

For example, you have chosen 4 titles out of which you should chose to run 3 in a cycle of 21 days. Say you choose a stack of Primal + Wanted Black + Revelation of the Nectar Within. And you want to run Primal most of the week and the other two on the weekends. So you do this:

Monday: Primal x1
Tuesday: Rest
Wednesday: Primal x1
Thursday: Rest
Friday: Wanted Black x1, Revelation of the Nectar Within x1
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: Rest
And repeat this routine for Monday to Sunday. And more importantly, don’t introduce a fourth title like Sex & Seduction into this cycle.

This is an example. Choose any 3 titles and stick to it with rest days in between.

Or maybe you don’t want to run two titles on the weekend so you do something like this:

Week 1:
Monday: Primal x1
Tuesday: Rest
Wednesday: Primal x1
Thursday: Rest
Friday: Wanted Black x1
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: Rest

Week 2:
Monday: Primal x1
Tuesday: Rest
Wednesday: Primal x1
Thursday: Rest
Friday: Revelation of the Nectar Within x1
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: Rest

Week 3:
Monday: Primal x1
Tuesday: Rest
Wednesday: Primal x1
Thursday: Rest
Friday: Wanted Black x1
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: Rest

You can see that you have run only 3 titles during these 3 weeks which is a cycle of 21 days.

yes so a 3 week cycle of Sunday to monday primal and then friday/saturday WB or Ron

this is what im thinking.

2 titles but run separately on weekends and during the week.

i also think maybe i should run limit destroyer instead of primal since new tech might be better

Make sure that you are take rest days between running subliminals.

Don’t do:
Friday: Wanted Black
Saturday: Revelation of the Nectar Within

You can do:
Friday: Wanted Black, Revelation of the Nectar Within
Saturday: Rest

yes i will still follow rest protocol.

and im planning to do WB or Ron not both.

i know i should do WB because it has scripting on how to behave that i need.

but im drawn to RoN a lot.

but smart move is primal and WB
