A lot of people do. Most do 3-5. I did before but I’ve changed it to 1 week.

I usually aim for 5 days and like the results. For something like Diamond or Paragon, that might be needed suddenly, I make exceptions.

SaintSovereign had said it is okay to do 3 days washout. So I usually do the same.

Unless am in heavy recon or my intuition tells me to take some more time off before I start a new stack which is when I will take 5 to 7 days washout.

I do 3 day washouts regularly. Started with 4 days, and decreased it without much recon.

I find that 3 days is enough especially if the stack stays exactly the same. I’m increasing it to 5 days when I change the subs in my stack next cycle to make the transition smoother.

I have done 3 day washouts in the past along with doing a 3 listening days per week. If I plan to run a new stack then I do a longer washout period like the recommended 5 days or 6 days.

What you’re calling impatience and love of subliminal might very well be good ol’ self sabotage. With ZP, honestly, the more rest days you take, the better.

It’s most definitely self-sabotage. I look at my enemy everyday in the mirror. Another run of Khan ST1 should do great at me not being a complete jackass. @ksub
