(Example) Instead of one loop of 8 min, listening to a 5 then 3 min.
Who out there has tried this and found it more effective?
Or is it better to just listen to the same length as a single loop?

My gut tells me single loop.
I can’t explain why
You’re overcomplicating this. Just listen to the number of minutes you want in one single session, then put the headphones away and go live your life. No need to split hairs.
If you are running a title solo, then you can experiment with this and find out for yourself since running two loops of a single titled stack is okay.
But if we have more then one title in our stack, this is not advisable since we are running the title two times when only one loop is officially recommended.
You will end up running the primer too many times if you do this.
On a general note, if you have doubts about running a loop, it is better to stick to the official recommendation and focus on journaling and taking action rather than trying to fine tune variables like this.
Yes, I forgot to add that it is just with one title.
And perhaps getting a double hit of the primer helps.
