Is the micro loop strategy still a recommended strategy?
Yes, very much so. I have found that micro loops are just as effective, if not more effective than trying a full loop.
Still need a full loop to integrate the script though. Make sure you’ve done enough to then move onto Micro-loops!
I’ve found for physical shifting programs, longer runs = faster results. Of course there’s an upper limit on how much you can run and still fluidly get results. This is just my experience
How long should you listen before you try micro loops tho?
I would say best to give it a full run (21 days + a washout) but it might still work with a few loops.
If we were to do microloops exclusively would the recommended pattern of listening still hold or is there any new recommendation for it?
Still, recommended to use micro-loops as a recon killer? Used it the other day, worked like a charm, but wondered about over-exposure risk. Is it a “break glass in case of emergency” strat or something that can be used rather often?
At least 3 loops of the full script. Which is generally 3-5 minutes.
Yeah. Same recommended pattern. Because the microloop gets the SubC to “remember” the full script, so will end up using the same amount of brainpower to process it.
Yeah. This works great. I had horrible recon one day because it was a bad day already anyway before my stack. Microloops distract the brain away from recon I think. Definitely helps it but be as intense in any case.
You run the micro loops instead of the full loops. You don’t increase the listening frequency. And you can get the full script (in most cases) at 3-5 minutes.
By most cases you mean all the major titles and fairly lighter customs?
Majors are 3 minutes and customs are 5 to get the full script most of the time.
