I’ve bought most of the and some of the subs from here some resonated with me and some not that much, myself personally i wouldn’t ask for the a refund as their so cheap compared to other companies and the customer service this company provides is second to none especially with all these free upgrades we are getting, they could have easily charged for this but choose to give it free
