I was wondering if reconciliation is something good to go trough? As in if you listen to a hard subliminal go through loads of recon and listen to that subliminal until that recon subsides you now have the capacity and ability to listen to other subs without recon? Because it seems to me the people who have listened to subs the longest here have the greatest capacity of handling recon but also experienced the most recon

Even though I’m a newbie, I’ve already felt reconciliation, as for me it’s not pleasant when you need it urgently, but if you’re not afraid of side effects and you have time, then 2-3 days and you’re in the fight. Probably depends on each person, those who are more experienced have a subconscious mind that is more advanced to heavy loads
No. There isn’t any inherent virtue or honor or benefit in feeling bad recon. Which is why they now suggest to find the sweet spot right below where your listening triggers it.

Nope it’s not necessary, or even good.
It’s not good because it could discourage you from keeping with the subs / actions that are helping you evolve.
The same way that DOMS (muscle soreness) is not necessary, or good, for hypertrophy (getting big).
You will get jacked whether or not you’re sore, as long as you lift enough volume with the right intensity. However the soreness could discourage you or make you inconsistent as you’ll need longer recovery times.
Don’t aim for recon, aim for smooth results.
Recon is like a sore muscle.
The best it can do is to show you what muscle is weak or was targeted by the workout you did the day before.
Other than that, it inherently has no other use. You can gain information through observing it, reflecting on how you react to it, learning from the mishaps you did under the recon, etc. but the recon itself doesn’t offer much.
Just like working out, if you got too sore from the previous session, take an extra rest day or lighten the load on the next workout.
That’s why the sweet spot is different for everyone.
Some people have good recovery and can take a bit more recon, some can’t afford getting recon at all.
Half a year ago, i can take any recon as long as i’m not completely knocked down. Nowadays, i can’t afford to take even a mild recon from WB.
Pick the right amount of weight, sets, reps, rest, etc. Don’t ego lift. It’s fine to experiment once in a while, but listen to your body and know when to stop.
