Is physical shifting hungriness temporarily or permanent?

Hey everyone and I hope your having a wonderful day!

I had a quick question regarding Physical Shifter - Sexiness which is a module I have in my custom. I know since it’s physical shifting that it’s normal that it’s making me hungry since it uses a lot of energy and resources but my question is, is this temporary or will I be hungry all the time for as long as I listen to my custom? Reason I’m asking is because I do Kinobody type fasting so I fat for 4 - 6 hours a day but lately I’ve been noticing it’s been really hard since I get hungrier then normal, would this always be like that or would this subside after a month or something?

It’s temporary.

How long would you say it would last for usually?

here I am asking myself for the past days why I am so insatiably hungry. Literally eating 300g of steak and being hungry again one hour later.
Totally forgot that it could be due to physical shifting lol

But to answer your question it is temporary and comes in phases.

But it might also be the sub pushing you to eat regularly because fasting really isn’t great for health unlike other people claim.

I’m running Wanted ZP (finished 3rd cycle several days ago) and hungriness was temporary for me.

To be honest I don’t really do it for health now more for productivity (Way more productive in fasted state). You mentioned temporary how long did it last for you?

How long did the hunger last?

maybe one week or little less.

One week, maybe two max.

I get that if you eat plants. Indigestible fiber is really heavy on your digestion and that’s why you experience a drop in energy.

Raw animal food is the easiest to digest (do not contain fiber, who guessed lol). Raw eggs only take 20 mins.

You and your raw food diet that’s why we love you;)

I get it mostly from eating carbs (I’m into bodybuilding and I’m bulking right now so kind of have no choice). Also thank you for your answer

just drink raw milk lol

Could you make a topic about eating raw meat ?
Altough I’ve been attracted by the idea before becoming vegetarian/piscitarian a few years ago
I’ve always seen good arguments from both pro/anti raw meat diet
And I still can’t make up my mind about that even if I’m vegetarian I’m really curious about it

Just a small experience from three weeks on a carnivore diet.
Since I have not been getting any fiber I had not gone popped for six days. And because of that, I got hemorrhoids.

Have had to supplement with psyllium’s fiber. My sleep was due to missing carbs not so good, probably due to problems related to cortisol.

I am not saying that eating raw stuff is bad, just sharing my experience.

ALot of guys i know who are carnivore burn out eventually despite feeling amazing at first and i believe its the carb restricting part. however its not meats fault of course that this happens

Most of these diets work at first but Im into long term sustainability and longevity. The reality is even vegetarian or fruitatian will work at first and you will feel good. The reason is bc a massive part of health isnt always what your eating but also what you STOP eating. Anyone getting off the standard American diet and seed oils will all feel better at first

Diet is one hell of a subject to get into
No matter how many hours I put into research I still don’t know wich is the best

I think it really comes down to each and very own individual genetic make-up, environment, and many other factors

It seems that we still have to create the perfect diet
Or do we ?

Your 100% right and i agree. Unfortunately these days their is so many diets and fads that it can get very confusing at one point. OMAD, keto , vegan the list goes on i dont have to name them all. I believe balance is the key of life and the truth always lies somewhere in between. Thats why for me a balanced meal has a protein source, a carb and fats. A good rule of thumb tho that i recommend you do is search up true super foods and foods that are the most nutritionally dense and you will see beef liver , red meat etc does destroy kale or any greens even blueberries in most categories and i can send some charts to compare if you would like, i think it would blow your mind
