Is lethargy a reconciliation, a normal sub process, or not related?

Hello,

I have started the second cycle of the 21 days and I feel big lethargy, sleepiness, I hardly do my job tasks, I don’t have motivation to workout, productivity is down these days.

Is lethargy a reconciliation, a normal sub process, or not related?

I run 1 custom title and 2 standard titles, all ZP, full 15 minutes, following the recommended pattern, plus Ascension Chamber ZP once a week.

I’ve read across the forum that we could listen only 5 or so minutes on a track. I will try this with an alarm signal.

Have you experienced this state of lethargy?
On which time listening have you felt better? 3, 5, 7 minutes…?

Or I could keep the 15 minutes long and take more rest days?

I want to keep these titles and have more energy.
Day 1: Custom (Khan-Stark) ZP
Day 2: rest
Day 3: Standard Wanted ZP + Standard RICH ZP
Day 4: rest
Ascension Chamber ZP once a week.

Your view on this would be really helpful.

I think you are having an overload.
Try to cut it to 7 minutes.

Sounds like overload.

Those are incredibly dense subs. Try a listening pattern of 7 minutes rather than 15 minutes to see if that lessens the burden for you.

Very common sign of reconciliation. Happens to me a lot.

I find that exercise, meditation, sleeping, and nutrition also make a difference. Especially exercise and meditation. Meditation doesn’t have to be some stereotypical version. Just finding any healthy way to 1) maintain awareness while 2) orienting your attention back to Neutral or Zero. They all work.

By Neutral you mean not focusing on subliminal manifestation? @Malkuth

Thank you all for your feedback! I ll cut down the exposure.

Neutral is a setting of the attention.

You do it when you go to sleep at night. Just being.

Most people do this when they drift to sleep.

If you can do it for a bit while staying awake, that’s one way of describing meditation.

It’s a bit like treading water: an active state of not going anywhere.

I’ll double down on Malkuth’s advice

Meditation is almost like a first conscious work on assimilating the sub

At least it does to me

And yeah like 4-5 dude already told you it’s basic overload, you can get that with only one title like wanted so yeah big time overload mate

You’ll get through it with a few care tho!

This unfortunate side-effect is also the one I seem to get periodically when running subs. Suddenly I lose all willpower and motivation to do anything, even though consciously I get angry at myself for not taking action to support the subs (“wasting” them).

It should pass eventually. Take some more rest days, or a whole washout. Switching to another sub (or another stage in a multi-stage) may also “wake” you up.

Lethargy has always been a potential short-term side effect of using subliminals, and this Not just Zero Point, but Q, earlier builds and even other producers have this issue.

Lowering exposure is always the best solution. Usually, when I have a very lethargic day, I cut exposure for a few days. There’s never an issue with experimenting with lowering the exposure – it’s only when you go UP that issues arise.

Going outside into the sun seems to help a lot with this. Seems to help with recon in general, actually. I was just about to create an open bounty thread discussing this.

Thank you very much all :pray::pray:

In my experience, what others have recommended is useful.

I’ll experience the lethargy that you’re talking about at times a bit after I run my stack or title of the day. If I’m able, I’ll sit back in a comfortable spot that I’m not going to be bothered immediately and allow my conscious control over my thoughts and impressions to subside; after a few seconds I immediately begin to feel better.

If I’m able to continue, I’ll generally stay there and ‘fall’ in, which usually results in me starting to experience an
‘in-between’ phase; images that I’ve not yet personally experienced but I feel myself present in will come to my mind’s eye. Extraordinarily trippy when I first started ZP. Now, it’s normal to me.

If I’m not, throughout whatever I’m doing I’ll do something very similar to what Malkuth recommended and, because I work outdoors a lot of the time, I’ve noticed that sunlight as Saint mentioned truly recharges my battery.

I hope this helps someone.
