Is journaling important? do you journal youself?

I do journaling on here. It has been helpful for me. Writing stuff down helps as you may forget things from your memory.

There are times when I do feel I am stagnant results-wise. Then I think and look at my past journal entries and realize how much has happened from then vs now.

I agree, the mental notes were effective for macro level stuff and it took longer to be aware and realize the changes. With journaling, Iā€™m aware of micro level and intricate things, as well as macro level things, much sooner and that makes the process just amplify.

But to answer your question, I try to journal whenever I have a significant interaction with someone or a mental breakthrough or realization about something in my mind/thoughts. So I donā€™t necessarily journal every single day but Iā€™d say Iā€™m journaling most days. Now especially since I am consciously making it a point to journal. Iā€™m definitely noticing more things.

Iā€™d like to add to what these two gentlemen said and say that, even if you recognize results because of mindfulness, six months in the future you might begin doubting things and need to go back through your journal for reassurance.

My attention naturally tends to consider the long-term, long-range view and to gloss over the day-to-day changes.

Results usually sneak up on me. I notice them a week later or sometimes even months later.

But there are times when they just ā€˜popā€™ and canā€™t be ignored.

Yes, journaling is very effective. I record journaling even in my notebook alone.

I love this idea and used it alot audio and video journal. I remember doing this when I was using Ql . But with QL I was obsessed (positively) with journaling audio, video, writing paper and electronic morning and night .

Same here.

I like it for a whole bunch of reasons.

One is that it allows me to move physically and that somehow helps my thoughts to feel more grounded and ā€˜in touch with realityā€™. Keeps me honest.

I saw in astrology that my Mercury (governing the psychological functions of sensing, imagery, and information transfer) is placed in Taurus (the archetype of embodiment, substance, stability, serenity). I thought, ā€˜that makes a lot of senseā€™.

I also just seem to be an auditorily-oriented person in many ways. So, when Iā€™m reading a book, for example, if I really want to process it well, Iā€™ll read it aloud, and often record it just as I would an audio journal. The act of speaking it out slows down my thoughts and gives me time to process what Iā€™m reading. Also, itā€™s faster to notice if Iā€™m not really concentrating, since I wonā€™t really remember or comprehend what Iā€™ve just said.

Anyway. Thanks for sharing.

oh. Also, Iā€™m still running QL now. So I wonder if that also feeds into it for me too.

Exactly what is happening with me and put me in great mood /state (peptalk to myself, imagining the future ŲŒ incantations happens easily while audio journaling)

Thanks for referring to the astrology part . I will look at it.

ill join with the ST4 Core of QL later this year!! maybe at the end of 2021

im running ST1 now with my stack, i might do 2-3 months of each ST, i thought about 4 months of each stage, but i think its too much :joy:

what do you think?

I did 3 months per stage. But I was also running a heavy stack at the time; so Iā€™ll never know if a lighter stack might have been associated with shorter required duration.

My thinking was that since in Alchemist and Quantum Limitless, the stage 4 is said to integrate all previous stages I could simply play the final stage for a longer period of time.

Not long after completing 3 months with stages 1 through 3, I created a custom that included the cores of Alchemist stage 4 and QL stage 4. I called that custom NAISSANCE. My plan is to play that custom over the next 1-2 years.

Anyway, thatā€™s what I did.

2-3 months sounds great to me.

But you know? Iā€™ve had this idea for a while to use benchmarks rather than time durations for determining when to move on from a stage.

The idea would be:

  1. Read (thoroughly) and think about the description of the stage
  2. Based on your goals and on your understanding of the description, set specific outcomes that you want to achieve while on that stage.
  3. Also set a minimum duration (say 5-7 weeks).
  4. Play the stage until youā€™ve met or surpassed your own chosen outcomes (i.e., until youā€™ve reached or passed your benchmarks)

If you meet your benchmark in 3 weeks, then you keep listening until the end of week 5 to complete your minimum duration.

Otherwise, keep listening until you have what you want. Might be 2 months, might be 4 months.

If thereā€™s nothing in particular that you want, then you just choose a reasonable duration and stick to it, but if thereā€™s nothing that you want, you may also want to consider whether this is even a subliminal that you want to run right now.

thats my plan!!

also do you think that ? RM + StarkQ + LDU + QLST1 is a heavy stack? im currently running that

exactly how im thinking!! once i finish the 3 stages with 3 months each, ill add QLST4 instead of limitless in my custom!!! :sunglasses: :sunglasses: i think im gonna run that for probably 10 years hahahahahha

i like this idea but i think im gonna stick with 3 month period

since each stage before ST4 is equally important to me, espcailly stage 1, i want to balance my hormones and my dopmaine reciptors (i want cheap dopamine to not be so effective to )

so soical media and likes and notficaions would not excite me so much, since that just cheap dopamine and its just like porn, you get used to cheap way out, and you would rather feel that rush of dopamine with easy likes and stupid stuff than working and acomplshing your goals

also i want to see if ST1 can help of my racing thoughts and adhd, (its kinda complcaited to explain)

minm would be 2 months of listneing however what i really want is running each stage for 3 months maybe 2

so i guess ill make my custom maybe next year when Q+ comes out !!! since i want to include the ST4 QL in it and it would take about 9 months of listening to QL 1-3 maybe less, weā€™ll see!!

, then ill be runing QL ST4 for life :sunglasses: :sunglasses: :sunglasses:

It sounds like youā€™ve already identified some quite specific benchmarks for yourself. Thatā€™s pretty much the same idea.

Whatā€™s heavy for one person is often not heavy for someone else. But, actually, thereā€™s no need to theorize about it. If itā€™s heavy for you, youā€™ll know. Your energy level, concentration ability, mental bandwidth will be very clearly impacted. Thatā€™s another good reason to do washout periods, you can see how your mental state changes after a few weeks off, and thatā€™ll help to confirm how heavy the stack is for you.

From the outside looking in, I think that RM, Stark, and QL all share some common themes. Theyā€™re all what I think of as ā€˜higher chakraā€™. programs. Not exclusively higher chakra, but significantly so.

They all have that emphasis on mentality, intuition, creativity, analysis. So, I think they should synergize quite well, and I donā€™t think theyā€™d automatically be overwhelming and super-taxing on your whole system. But youā€™d have to check how you feel.

Sometimes a light program can still give me a hard time because itā€™s working on an area where Iā€™m weaker.

So, just need to check.
