Is it ok to change the volume of a subliminal?

Hello, everyone,
can I adjust the volume of Subliminals via Audacity or programs like Mp3Gain without any loss of quality? Is there anything to consider, such as an upper limit? I want to avoid disabling the subliminal at all costs.

Hello!

It is best to not play around with the file or its audio. The subliminal has already been optimised to give maximum results the way it is.

Choose a decent headphone. It doesn’t need to be expensive. And listen at a comfortable volume in your favorite audio player app.
