My experience is using it with healing customs. Saint advised I put it in so I’d not feel so vulnerable around guys when they begin throwing jabs.
It worked incredibly. No more freezing up when that happened.
I’m not sure if it was wit, but I felt comfortable laughing at myself since I was putting ridiculous pressure on myself to do it perfectly.
