Probably from other things because there are many other modules and some other cores.
yeah, most probably it’s from other modules.
the only experience where my sleep is interrupted that I can directly attribute to subs is waking up from an intense dream, and recently, waking up in the middle of the night to a topical recon from DRLD. i tried doing a breakthrough microloop and it was fixed almost immediately after.
I do agree with that, being physically active and drinking a lot of water have helped me with recon in the past. i will try drinking more water within some hours before sleep and see whether it fixes my sleep or not.
I am almost always listening in the morning.
I am drinking plenty of water, going regularly to the gym, and also for walks and my diet is pretty good. No junk food, no unnecessary sugar.
This is no go for me, because If I drink too much before sleep I will wake up in the middle of a night that I need to go to pee.

Cut back on loops a bit. Less loops, less processing.
I used to wake up in the mid of night for hour when I played full loops. But I guess hard bad also could be a reason.
Do you feel processing the sub when you try to fall asleep again?
Not at all.
If you want better sleep, then just run Paragon Sleep and your subconscious mind will guide you to improve your sleep quality.
edit: Nevermind, just saw this.
Then yeah it is covered. Remember, results aren’t always linear.
I have a toroidal vortex coil that emits scalar and PEMF fields. I can broadcast any frequency using it, and I use it every night when I sleep. I’ve never slept better in my life. The field expands 9 feet in all directions, and depending on the frequency, I can reach low brainwave states, making it challenging to wake up for the first 30 minutes. I have it connected through a phone and an amplifier, and I set it on a timer to stop emitting an hour before I need to wake up. It’s the best thing for sleep ever.
Depending on the frequency being emitted, the emission of scalar and PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) fields from the coil plays a crucial role in influencing your sleep patterns and brainwave states. Scalar fields are known for their unique properties, including but not limited to their ability to interact with the body’s energy fields and promote relaxation and balance. PEMF fields, on the other hand, can stimulate cell activity and circulation, which may contribute to improved sleep quality.
By broadcasting different frequencies through the coil, you can target specific brainwave states associated with sleep, relaxation, or even meditation. Lower frequencies can induce very deep sleep and help you reach restorative stages, while higher frequencies promote wakefulness and alertness.
How did you stumble across a finding like this? Looks like something out of an ET movie lol
Lol
Would you please post the link to this device?
Absolutely. I bought it from GoodVibrationCraft on Etsy.
I believe the seller also carries the amplifier for the coil.
I bought mine on Amazon:
You can build custom frequencies @ https://diypemf.com/
wish it didn’t seem so complicated
It’s not as complicated as it sounds; just plug it up to your phone and play the audio file (frequency).
I have the new Iphone model which doesn’t have audio jacks lol
Lol, use a USB-Type C to 3.5 Aux adapter. Or use an old phone/MP3 player.
Iphones doesn’t use usb type C unfortunately. Their elitist and use their own plug lol.
I’ll look into it. Thanks for the share
