It’s not as complicated as it sounds; just plug it up to your phone and play the audio file (frequency).

Lol, use a USB-Type C to 3.5 Aux adapter. Or use an old phone/MP3 player.

Iphones doesn’t use usb type C unfortunately. Their elitist and use their own plug lol.
