There is nothing bad about having sexual desire.
It’s a normal part of having a healthy sexuality.
If you’re physically healthy and have high testosterone then your libido will be thriving like a teenager.
What does matter is how you express your sexuality.
There are 2 types of sexuality:
-
Internal Framework (guilt, repression, shame, unworthiness, approval, fear of intimacy, impulsiveness, urges, addiction, lack of self-love, coping, emotional unwellness, escapism, not being present in the body) → Expression of Sexuality
-
Internal Framework (self-love, self-respect, self-worth, acceptance, confidence, intimacy, expression, connection, vulnerability, being present) → Expression of Sexuality
How you perceive and express your sexuality is driven by your Internal Framework.
That comes down to your own beliefs about yourself.
You, @SWITCH and anyone else who struggles with PMO (including the entire NoFap community) lacks self-love, self-respect and self-worth.
When you naturally express and perceive your sexuality through self-love, self-respect and self-worth… quitting porn becomes effortless.
When you have a healthy sexuality, you will become incompatible to porn.
Most people struggle with PMO because their internal framework is defaulted to unhealthy sexuality and they don’t feel like they deserve better.
I don’t need to use willpower to fight urges, lol. Porn absolutely disgusts me… it’s not how I view sexuality. I need to touch real women and have physical interactions, etc. I’m not compatible with porn, I only entertain healthy sexuality… because it elevates me in terms of well-being and quality of life as opposed to draining me.
That’s all I have to share with you. Good luck lol, cheers.
