When I first saw your list I thought that’s a lot. Most people here focus on one to three major programs at a time and use one or two ultima’s as a booster when needed.
What are your goals with using subliminals?
Insane routine equals results imo tbh yes
Tooooo many. Stick to one program in the start and let it sink in and form a foundation for the rest of your inner building
