Would I need to put Informaticon in each custom if I’m running 2 as a stack or would the Informaticon of one carry over into the other?

It’ll carry. Adding it to both customs would increase the efficacy of the module, ensuring you’d be releasing information at a faster and wider pace, covering the objectives scope that’s in both of your customs.
If you’re pressed for slots or density, one is enough.
