Index Gate UP Solo 🤘🏼

It’s a break
I’m not stopping anything

Its up to you man. I just think it will provide more immediate relief than running EOG. It’s a really good all rounder title that might even hit things you weren’t aware of.

Work on just accepting that you don’t know and probably ever will know, and learn to just trust the process instead. I myself find myself in disbelief sometimes that I used to listen 10+ hours and now I’m down to less than 15 min! But when I do I catch myself and remind myself that it works and to just trust the process.

Ultimately this strong desire to wanting to know is mostly just a defensive mechanism of the stubborn part of you that don’t want to change.

First day of my washout. No headaches today just some stomach issues. I’m going to take some advice and run micro loops when I get started again in a month or so.

Probably good I am taking a break. I’m without my antidepressants until the 17th and I’m having a bit of a tough time today. Going to rest , relax, and play with my cats

Decided to cut my break short. I’m going to run Index Gate solo until I don’t feel I need it any longer. Which might be forever

@James have you considered running Indexgate alongside Spartan Apex. Spartam Apex really pushes you to take action.

I was actually thinking of that this morning believe it or not. I need to stop eating all those Jelly Babies you keep giving me

Spartan and Executive. Emperor Black as well. Not saying I am going to run them all but just naming the ones

The 9th was my first although I remember seeing the intro and Tom Baker’s big afro hair on PBS when I was a kid watching Monty Python with my Dad.

The coolest part about Tom Baker’s doc to me is the voice. And the devilish grin when he formulated his plans.

This never ever gets old.

I am the DOCTAAAAA
