When I stack programs, which order is it best to stack them
For example I’m about to run PS + Wanted + HS
So wat is the difference in stacking
1st day; PS + W & 3rd day HS vs.
1st day; PS + HS & 3rd day W vs.
1st day; HS + W & 3rd day PS
or even on the first day the order of the subs
Is this something we assume or has someone stated it? I ask because I remember reading somewhere (I think @Invictus Journal) that when he ran emperor before wanted (I think) he was much more focused but the other way around Emperor’s effect was friendlier and more social.
But I don’t know if it was overall or just for that day.
Yes he did say that. But that was the short term. Long term, it ends up being the same.
Think about it. You want to embody the archetype of the combination of PS + HS + W. No matter the order, you eventually end up reaching the same destination.
Agreed sounds logical, to me also just wondering. Maybe it is one of the cases that the order of the factor does affect the result. Like Cardio and weights, it is not the same weights and then cardio, than cardio then weights, or splitting them between days, etc.
Another reason why the order in the stack isn’t important is that if it was then SaintSovereign and Fire would have mentioned it.
Even in the previous versions (New Dawn, Q, Qv2) the order wasn’t important and we ran all 3 subs one after another regardless of the order.
That’s an interesting analogy but I don’t think its the same. We are giving instructions to the mind to do something and the instructions of one subliminal isn’t dependent on the instructions of the other subliminals. Which is why they all eventually combine to give you the same results regardless of what you run first or last.
But if you are curious about it, I encourage you to experiment. Maybe you like to run it a particular way and hence it will make your mind more receptive to it when you do things the way you like to.
Great points, I will def experiment. I did noticed Khan st 3 before Wanted made me have a better day. But kkas you say that intraday effect might not affect the term.
Let’s hope @SaintSovereign or @Fire@RVconsultant can chip in. I have also opened a support ticket and will post the reply here. Maybe even they don’t know, the mind works in mysterious ways. lol
