Three tracks are the maximum which is recommended.
If you listen to three tracks, the pattern looks like this:
Day 1: 1x first ZP title, 1x second ZP title
Day 2: Rest
Day 3: 1x third ZP title
Day 4: Rest
Day 5: 1x first ZP title, 1x second ZP title
Day 6: Rest
Day 7: 1x third ZP title
Day 8: Rest
After 21 days, take five days off.
After 21 days, 5 days break. This is called a cycle.

You should also avoid other things like binaural beats. This is discussed from time to time and the recommendation is to avoid such things.

Thursday: nothing
Friday: 2 subs from the beginning

And try to focus the stack.

Then wealth a few months later etc.

Go with ascension and primal seduction to start.
Good starting stack for sexual goals.
You diminish results because the mind will be overloaded.
Plus you might get into a REALLY bad mood (reconciliation) once the good mood fades.

All good. You’ll learn to listen to your mind over time. It’ll tell you how much you can do.
But to start with do one rest day in between.
The good feeling is just a side effect. You want results from it 
And these usually happen when you don’t listen. Because then it goes from processing to executing.

ok I got it, it’s understood, it’s understood, how many loops should I listen to, now I changed the listening options, I did as you said, I chose 3 ZPs LOVE BOMB, ELIXIR, AND primal, how are these dozen? what would you recommend me? i have legacy of spartan , emperor, primal seduction V2 , Ascension Chamber V2 , Ascension zp , sanquine zp, what kind of mixture should I make?

Stacking subs properly is an art on its own. Good for being here.
Now there is a general guideline: healing subs (like elixir) might overpower other subs because emotional healing always takes reign in the mind.
Meaning: healing subs I would run solo or together with sanguine to make the experience easier.
So to answer your question how to stack we need to know: what is your most pressing goal?
I know there are subs for everything. But what is the thing you need the absolute most right now?
I understand you , how many loops should I listen to this trio every day , love bomb , potion and primal , is it enough if I listen to 10 hours ? Like listening for a day and resting for a day?
It feels primal , super , energetic and positive and you get into a joyful state , that’s why I love it so much

But it’s true.
one 15 minute loop of a title is all that you will need.
Actually, many people get STRONG results only listening to 3-5 minutes of a title.
These subs work. You don’t need to adjust anything.
