Yesterday I did my last loop of 3 minutes for this cycle. There is less recon at the moment. Maybe it is like somebody said, first you use the 3 minutes, at one point you switch to 5 minutes, then to 7 minutes and later you might be ok with running it 15 minutes. But maybe 3 minutes for some individuals is enough because they are more sensitive to subliminals?
So far I feel a bit growth mostly in the area of maturity and being centered, but I was hoping this custom would push me more towards discipline and productivity. Looking forward to the washout and see what happens then. After that I might try out the refreshed versions of ZP, see what could fit good together to support my goals.

Theoretical experiments fail with ZP, at least with my understanding.
I was expecting stacking GLM and Ascension will make me aggressive, I have found the experience completely different (but everybodyās might have a different experience).
My experience was that I was more centered, more in my power, I was easily without an ego when I was in a discussion or being attacked. I was less attached to my feelings and yes I still have feelings (and no these feelings are not just aggression, horniness and wanting to dominate others). I am more aware and mindful in my days.

Somehow I really want to decide a new stack and start right away, on the other side I know I need the washout, I know I need the rest, I need to clear up my mind.
But some stuff that is on my mind for the near future:
- Limitless + Minds Eye
- Ecstasy of Gold or Mogul
- Godlike Masculinity + Commander
- Lovebomb + CWoN
Writing it down to get it out of my head so I donāt think about the next stack anymore

Youāve probably already noticed that Emperorās objectives contain quite a bit of wealth-building. So you donāt need to worry that youāre missing out on Ecstasy of Gold.

I am thankful for the run of my custom of Ascension and GLM. It feels that is has grounded me, made me more mature, get a bit more into the meta perspective instead of being led by the emotions of the moment.
The next phase is Emperor and I donāt know how long but it feels right as a progression for now.
I am pretty sure I will revisit my custom. Even though it didnāt bring me the productivity that I was hoping for, I felt growth and it gave the focus of myself first.

Now that I am off of my custom I feel a bit more how I have improved or started:
- more control over emotions
- started improving my style
- started working on my physical appearance
- more interest in improving over long term (short term thinking got less, I would say short term thinking is emotionally driven)

Thanks buddy, I felt I am not done with the custom. I will find something to stack with it, but the absence from the custom brought me out of my center again.
I know I did not build this custom perfect, some modules I read in the last few weeks seem important, some other that I put in I donāt feel (yet). But this is the one I should use for now to grow.

So what did I do? I listened to 3 subs within the same day and each one for the full loop of 15 minutes.
- my custom (GLM ASC)
- Limitless Executive
- LB4H
I had recon for a few hours, less than 6h. My brain still feels like it is processing something but my conscious was free to actively do stuff while on normal recon days I cannot start anything or get anything done. This time I just continued with something that was on the list and finished it, so the hunger for finishing more is growing and it might also kill the recon a bit.
That is something what was written somewhere else here on the forum - to actively go against recon or ignore it in a way to integrate or allow a new you into your reality. Kind of when the wind is against you and you believe you cannot move forward, just do baby steps and after a while you see that you moved forward and the believe of not moving forward will be proven false.
I mostly ignore stuff like that or say āyes, I know itā but I donāt use it to my advantage. That is why I write it down here so I can come back and be my own smart advice giver

Reminder to myself: take a few (2-3) days rest until running it again. Otherwise recon is just waiting around the corner to kick my nuts.

I just continue writing in this journal even though I might change my stack from time to time.
Last few days I did some experimentation and I have found out the following: (this thesis might only apply to me, to more people or maybe false but I will act as if it is true and look what difference it makes)
Whenever I start a new stack or sub, I might feel the need to switch, some are easier to get away from, some I feel I want to continue. Since I have a better connection to my intuition than a few years ago I would see it as a sign. The ones that are easy for me to drop are the ones I am not ready for or not aligned enough. Other subs are more aligned, I feel I want or need more of it so I should continue with those.
Subs I personally feel a good connection with:
- Limitless executive
- Mogul (not ascended or ascension, those I am not so happy with)
- Godlike masculinity
I have to dig deeper in that, keep at least one of those subs in my rotation and map out the current status of subs I am interested in.

The slot for limitless executive is booked, did a loop today (Sunday 21st), day 1 of new cycle. 3 minutes.
I will only listen to one sub each listening day, 3 days in the week.

BTW no recon or feeling of processing, so that is good, was able to do my normal things in the day without any obstacles.
Does it make sense to add RICH if I also add EoG stage 1?
