Ive been using subclub since 2021, ive never had constant results like this run ever. I even quit listening and gave up on them for a year or something

This run has been absolutely beautiful, 4.5-6 liters of water a day.

I just have to make sure i drink only 1 liter per hour since kidney cant process more than that

Water is the fucking answer

Very much the same! Right now it feels actually life changing. (It’s probably also ZP2 and NSE, not just the water.)

Not enough water is probably one of the most common and most overlooked causes of recon.

It probably means for many to double their daily intake.

I think it should be pinned way up in the forum cant stress enough how it boosted 1000000% my results

Game changer

Absolutely! Should always be the first point of reflection before getting into the more complex recon prevention.

water.
with electrolytes…
and
choline.

The brain is an electrochemical system, and it needs certain chemical inputs to balance outputs. If you deplete your levels of acetylcholine, you need to replenish them.

Water won’t do that alone… it simply cannot. Nor can sugar, it just provides a different compensatory mechanism to mitigate some of the side effects… same as how coffee cannot replace sleep, just mitigate the effects of fatigue (for a time).

This is the best advice I can give, after using SC subs for 4 years now, and having spent the past decade as CTO for a biotech company and now in a biomedical tech company.

But if your water has special properties that my normal water does not, then sure, only water is probably just fine.

On an unrelated note, breatharians aren’t subsisting on air and sunlight; they are in ketosis. Physics and chemistry underpin everything, whether people understand it or not.

Just drank a litre of water, thanks.
@BLACKICE, adding salt to the water is also helpful.

Do you use a chroline supplement with water? Or from food?

Thanks for the reminder, i will put some sea salt on my water a very small amounf with each liter

I will research chroline more

Thanks man!!

Salt is good, just make sure it’s mineral salt, not table salt… plain sodium chloride doesn’t do much, your body needs the trace minerals too.

But seriously, choline… that’s literally the most important part… phosphatidylcholine, alphagpc, citicholine… they all work, and are generally pretty inexpensive and readily available… but if it’s not there, then the brain can’t manufacture acetylcholine from nothing.

Eggs are mans best friend. Eggs contain choline.

Also, I’ve heard high doses of choline can cause headaches for some people? I don’t know. Look into it before you buy supplements.

Speaking of kidneys, I recently bought He Shou Wu tea from HyperionHerbs.com (thanks to @anon34983076 for the reference) and one of its uses is to nourish the kidneys/support healthy kidney function.

Okay. That explains a lot of current cravings.

Do you pee a lot respectively?

Eggs contain choline, but the amounts vary depending on what the chickens were fed, the conditions they were raised in, etc… they don’t miraculously all have some fixed amount of whatever substance in it… same with (IMHO) nonsense about Brazil nuts all having some specific amount of selenium in them… if one specific tree’s soil is deficient in selenium then the nuts from that tree most certainly will not have it.

If I want 100mcg of selenium then I will take a supplement guaranteed to have 100mcg of selenium in it. If I want 1000mg of choline then taking 3 PC gelcaps is simpler and more precise than a bowl full of eggs. The average egg has 147mg of choline, according to a quick Google search… some have way more, some have way less…

But even with an average egg, that’s a lot of eggs to provide what a simple supplement has. 3 gelcaps vs 7 eggs… If you’re starving and love eggs, great. If not, oof.

Needless to say I’m generally not subject to the appeal to nature fallacy… to each their own, but for me carefully selected supplements work better than rolling the dice to hope I get what I need from the specific food items in front of me (which may have more or less than the stated “average” for that food item) are a simpler and more regimented approach.

Anyway, that’s all I’ve got on this subject, I’m going to go back to my work Slack and be a geeky know-it-all there for a while. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:
