Identity level shifts

Stark typically keeps my mind quiet of destructive thoughts on top of my meditation and qigong. I noticed everytime I have a identity level shift like when I first used KB or right now while I’m newly using the PoMaQ module I get this deep level anger, wanting to disassociate from reality, change my career path, and negative thoughts rising up to my awareness for like 1-2 weeks. I understand this process is my subconscious healing and it’s releasing constructs that have been in my mind up until now. Does this happen to anyone else, if you could explain what your experience is? If so how long do you feel this process happen for you?

When subs like emperor and stark quiet your negative thoughts, is there repercussions? Or does doing a regular washout every 21 days help with there being no repercussions?

I thought 99.9% of people (not even counting the sub users) had this 24/7 when they are alone and don’t have some background music or movie playing for them. It’s not really uncommon and it doesn’t always have to connect to sub use. I had this before subs too and Elixir sub helped me a lot with it.

If it is recon (assuming this is an unusual thing for you to experience) you add in a bit more rest days in between or listen to shorter loops like 5 minutes. Ideally both options combined.

The recon of this case for me can dissapear anywhere from 30 minutes to 1/2 days

I also heard that drinking as much water as possible under one hour can sometimes make the recon go away too. But that might be more related to headaches.

Releasing the emotions that does not belongs to you. It was necessary.

You can read the statement on Emperor and Khan.

We are all unique, it isn’t about how long but rather the outcome at the end of the tunnel. I didn’t worry about the experienced, I enjoy the journey. It won’t totally erase those experienced but you become a very strong person, able to present your self to the world - much stronger.

You’re having a recon, might as well cut your listening time.

Deep level anger is common. It’s signifying a massive discrepancy between your inner expectations and outer reality.

Means that whatever issue you’re working on is very deep seated and won’t release very easily. I’d say to take it easy with loops and exposure, focus on microloops and take it very slow. Try to write down the negative thoughts in a private journal – there is a strange correlation with releasing recon through writing. Seems that the externalization of the inner emotion will resolve it. Treat the journal as “sacred,” knowing that no one else will ever see it. Going in with that mindset will help remove that self-critic and allow you to just write.

I naturally started writing poetry after my little brother’s suicide, and it helped me cope with that trauma a lot. Especially in the beginning, when there was a maelstrom of emotions.

I found with the combo of Stark, KB, and LBFH it eliminates about 95%+ of my negative thoughts. Most of the day my mind is unbelievably quiet which feels so good lol. Maybe the quiet mind has to do with me doing full loops of 15 minutes of every sub. Yea it’s def recon[quote=“Spartan, post:2, topic:24908, full:true”]

Makes complete sense to me. Yes I brought down the listening time and I’m starting to feel better already. I appreciate the solid advice as well as the thorough explanation.[quote=“SaintSovereign, post:4, topic:24908, full:true”]
