I want to change my life as fast as possible what would be a good stack to do this?

I’ve been playing shiny object syndrome since ive gotten to subclub but I haven’t really gotten very drastic results (more so because taking action is a bit difficult sometimes with adhd ) . So far the subs I’ve used were Khan , Quantum limitless , boxing mastery x , emperor fitness and emperor .

My main goals are to completely turn around my financial situation and become alot more disciplined and productive so that I can become a full time entrepreneur. Become an elite amateur boxer and actually have a sex life with hot women .

My current stack is Emperor and Emperor fitness stage 4 . My reasoning behind this stack because it has physical shifting ,fitness and health developement and technique mastery from emperor fitness whereas emperor has reality bending and empire building .

I was debating on adding a 3rd stack for awhile by adding boxing mastery x to my stack in my previous cycle but that led to some pretty crazy recon where I just completely fell off the wagon. I am considering on adding quantum limitless because of the bonuses to skill learning and productivity.

But I’ve seen that emperor already has a cognitive booster and i feel like emperor and emperor fitness are two dense titles and adding another dense title like Quantum limitless may slow down processing .

Thoughts?

Emperor and Emperor Fitness sound like a good stack for that purpose… I’ve personally found that trying to go after too many goals at once results in achieving NONE of them.

I tried going after several things, and accomplished rather little… so:

I focused on wealth and productivity for a while, and 5X’d my income in ~2 years.

Then I decided to focus on health, and have dropped 60lbs over the past year and a bit, with the bulk of it being since the middle of last summer when I got EF. Now I’m at 17.X% bodyfat (not 10% yet but I was ~30% at one point…) and I have vastly more endurance and strength than I ever did before.

If I’d tried to do both at the same time with the same zeal, I don’t think I’d have accomplished any meaningful progress on either one.

Emperor + Emperor Fitness sounds like a good stack overall, I’d only suggest one more thing… add a goal system to help you break down your goals into manageable chunks and make progress on each one until it’s an ingrained habit/system. I highly recommend these books:

  • 12 Week Year
  • Atomic Habits
  • The One Thing
  • Your Best Year Ever

Good luck!

Stick with emperor + fitness.

Bigger stack = slower results

This may not be what you want to hear, but I’ll second what @BLACKICE said. Prioritize and focus. Both being a successful entrepreneur and being an elite level boxer take so much of your time and energy that you’ve got to pick one for the time being and put most of your time a as and energy toward it.
Pick a stack that supports whichever you choose and stay on it.

You can pretty easily do 2 things at once if the physical one can be on autopilot, so to speak.

For example, planning a proper route for a brisk walk and scheduling it daily is an easy thing to do… make it non-negotiable (under normal circumstances). Use this time to listen to a useful audiobook or podcast to learn something… put your body on autopilot and engage your brain.

This is different than doing exercises at a gym… counting reps is easy enough, but to really make gains, you want to be able to focus on proper form and execution. Don’t split your focus between that and trying to pay attention to educational audio.

But for simple stuff like walking, doing routine chores, etc? Use that time to learn something. An hour or so a day of properly selected education will really add up over time. You still need to do stuff with the knowledge of course, but you can learn a LOT with ~30 hours of business education every month.

edit: And, of course… adding a brisk 1-hour walk every day will produce measurable health improvements as well. At my walking pace, I can do about 10km in an hour, maybe a bit more depending on when during the day it is and what else I’ve done that day.

I think the goals matter more than the subs.

Dramatic, life-shifting goals may take more time.

Instead, first go for small- to medium-sized but highly significant goals.

For example, instead of ‘I want to bench 250 pounds’ (which you eventually will); focus on:

‘I want to maintain a bench of 150 pounds, but I also want to establish an extremely consistent and focused workout schedule.’

I say, the goal matters more than the sub, because whether you choose a large, dramatic, long-term view, or a tight, short term, high significance focus, in either case the exact same subliminals can help you. And they’ll help you excellently.

But the sub doesn’t set the focus, you do.

Leave your subs in place; they’re already fine.

Instead, work on refining and focusing your plans.

A telescope is a tool for observing the stars. You’ll unleash the full potential of your telescope if you place your focus on the stars more than on your telescope.

A subliminal is a tool for revolutionizing your life (your plans, your goals, your vision, your strategies). You’ll access the fullest potential of the subliminal if you place your focus on your life more than on the subliminals.

I think Genesis for a year would do you wonders. You will figure out what you want and then slam the gas pedal.

Focus is the thing that will get you where you want anywhere faster.

Figure out what is the thing you want above all others. When you focus on that, the other shit just falls into place.

My year of EoG taught me that.
