p.s. Are you sure you purchased the right one? The shop is built on Woocommerce, which is very reliable… It’s unlikely it would have delivered Mogul if you bought Ascended Mogul. What does your receipt say?

If the receipt says Mogul and the download says Mogul, then the most likely explanation is you accidentally purchased Mogul instead of Ascended Mogul:
Send in a ticket and DON’T download the program. Once you download the program, the trust and security settings we set up with the merchant account will flag you if we refund it. Support staff is off today, so it’ll be tomorrow before they get the ticket.
And yes, you purchased the wrong product – we didn’t “send” the wrong one, lol.
Am yet to download the program…
