Training daily, today was the best day yet

This new tech feels like not a simple upgrade but feels like two. It is miles ahead of ZP even though I thought Zp was pinnacle

Trained every single day this week and going through insane bodily changes. I’m hitting the bag for 30 minutes straight as I build something real. A cardio grit

I also run a lot. About two miles or so with my hands up. Therefore every single day this week my legs knees ankles and every body part I have is clicking. But I push on as to fortify my tendons

Today I saw the fruits of my toil and labor (which I haven’t been talking about here at all) and I did a sparring class

Oh my lord

I destroyed even local fighters, I was unstoppable

My custom also arrived so I’m back on the Muay Thai Spartans train

And still!!! In my washout
Will listen to new custom before sleep tonight

I woke up feeling sick as hell and sore so I decided to begin my stack. Paragon and my custom

I listened only to paragon and slept like a dead man. I legit don’t wanna leave bed

What are you doing for this type of training?

Honestly I wanted to sound cool. It was a cool way of saying basic mindfulness

Understanding that my success and failure is dependent on which of these inner feelings I feed

So my training has been just acknowledging that and using my mind to see just what I want and not entertain anything else !

Paragon is superb. It’s working on my spine like I’ve never had before. Regaining so much sensation back to my nervous system that I feel tingling everywhere

Diet got fixed . Eating only food I feel would be good for my recovery. And my weed smoking lessened and my lungs stronger

I am so ready to go

Paragon is insane! I literally did a 10 minute cold shower like it was cake. I readjusted my entire spine inside out with stretches mid cold shower and the whole day my face has been restructured

I’ve been slacking with journaling and opposite so with my life

Back to training 6 days a week, 2-3 hours a day and also added my custom to paragon

And also I’ve been weed free for three days now, I plan on quitting for good and not just quitting temp and using it as a reward

I don’t like journaling for some reason, part of me just wants to bring real world results and show them here and that’s possible with a Muay Thai career. If anyone has specific questions go ahead.

I came across some info from a coach that really made a lot of sense to me, and I thought I’d share it with you.

When it comes to the elites in Muay Thai, while their sparring level is obviously high you will find many people in gyms all over the world with a similar level in sparring.

What makes elite MT fighters elite is their durability, which sets them apart from the rest. They’re not supremely fast, supremely strong or supremely intelligent in the ring necessarily (there are exceptions of course). They 1) are built different and 2) have so many reps that their bones are conditioned beyond an amateur’s level of comprehension.

They don’t break as easily, and I’m not talking about mental. I had a stress fracture earlier this year on my foot from a checked kick (that was the drill we were doing), and that was with shinguards on. Meanwhile you have freaks like the MMA fighter Tony Ferguson who, in his prime, would aim his leg kicks at his opponent’s shins because of how confident he was in his bone conditioning.

And that’s an MMA fighter we’re talking about, their striking is awful compared to those monsters in Lumpinee.

Durability is the single most important trait to have for a pro MT fighter.

I trained so hard yesterday it was insane. Spartan is a killer program. It makes you go until you collapse which I did. I almost puked quite a few times too

I’m on the approach to being built different like my friend Bombay said. I do this with running for 30-45 minutes a day with hands up the whole time, I began doing it with two pounds in each hand. I throw punches randomly the whole time and I twist my fist last moment whilst clenching down the weight hard as to imitate clenching my fist moments before impact, instead of just having a clenched fist the whole time

I jump rope a total of thirty minutes a day and I kick kick kick strike strike strike a lot. Yesterday I made it a habit to never stop doing something in the bag even when really tired. Things look promising on this custom as I’ve never done this close to being so determined in my trainings

I agree. What that coach said to me was really eye-opening because it made perfect sense, not just in the context of my gym alone but in the world.

And judging by what you describe, you continue to push and condition yourself to the umpteenth degree. This is what separates the amateurs from the pros, the pros from the elites, and the local gym fighters from the Lumpinee stadium champs.

You’re a blessing man thank you

Just finished a 4 am run. Void of creation emphasizes the point said by Bombay, I gotta do things others won’t do.

I spend a lot of time on instagram ducking about so I guess I could do more here

I’ve listened to ascension chamber now religiously since release once a week. With void of creation in my custom I’m beginning to realize how manifestation works despite working with the concept for 9 months

It should be effortless I get it. When I just assume things granted I get that part. What’s taking my manifestation to the next level is detaching from seeing the results
