I understand but I also don’t want to spend a lot of money when I haven’t seen results. I dont really have depression, I just had depression a few months ago because I had a situation where the person I was in love with cut communication with me due to personal issues (not related to me). I have never been depressed before that and I don’t think I am depressed now, I just had depression at that specific time when I couldn’t completely understand why it was happening what happened.
