After a long self reflection session, I realized I need some foundation build up inside, so I decided I will add ascension to my stack.

bro ascension is great, itll compliment the slowly growing mystery from wanted by giving u a firm inner manly identity growth in tandem.
I like the decision, remember that alpha inner building is going to be a tiny bit chaotic but if it’s needed it’s needed.

I always go with : first solid internal, then I have the foundation for the external.
Until now it payd off every time

Yea I really feel much better now after listening to the ascension loop, it’s like, something that was outta control inside me has just calmed down, will see how it works with wanted as well, but now it’s time to make some inner growth

I am big fan of Ascension.
After my first 7 months with subs from subliminalclub I was so close to give it all up. Because these subs worked very very subtle for me, until I tried Ascension.
In the first week I saw my problem Disolving (I wasn’t ready to change and grow) and from there on these subs work wonders for me.

Hmm I can’t say that for sure, because I don’t know how you’re inner world is.
but in my case it was like the starting fire.

I have it in a custom, but I still run the store version several loops a week.
It is a great foundation. Not only do you get inner strenght and drive, but also joy!

I’m planning out my next custom, and I’m really leaning toward having Ascension as one of the cores. It sounds like I’ve overlooked an absolute gem until recently… pardon the unintentional pun.

Now that i’ve already listened to ascension multiple times, it really feels like it was something necessary for me to use, like there’s a bit of passiveness I would feel in WANTED (the “it is what It is” mindset) but ascension is really balancing it out in the best way.
but now i have an issue, which is how to perfectly find the best listening pattern for my stack of EF St3 Qv1, WANTED, ascension Qv2. I’m leaning towards 5x Ef, 2x wanted, 2x ascension, per week, is it good or do you guys have better suggestion?

I have a similar thing sometimes on ZP where the results I should get are LESS or worse than before or even without running a sub (regarding the objectives).
This can happen after just one loop — is it stonewalling or what is it?
I don’t have it on Ascension but I do get it on Primal Seduction.
