I don't know what to do

Greetings everybody!

I don’t know what to do anymore. I have tried everything, from binaural beats to morphic fields and still not getting results, this is my last option and hopefully it’ll work. I’m in high school and main problem is my intelligence and because of it i’m more prone to depression, stress and anxiety which affects my life daily.

I have problem with comprehension and recalling stuff that I read. Here’s example: I open book, start to read and need to reread it several times in order to grasp it, and even if I understand material I forget it 15 seconds later. And because of that I get demotivated. Friends in class can grasp and explain stuff immediately after they read something while i’m super struggling with that. Because of that issue, I struggle with anxiety and stress when we have to read something and explain it to the class, even if I do that at home. So far I know that it’s not focus related because even if i’m focused, I still can’t remember/explain stuff that I read. This as well goes for writing essays, no idea what to write like my mind is completely blank. I’m really desperate right now…

Hopefully someone can recommend what to do. Every insight is very much appreciated.

the Limitless subs are good for learning. which one is best depends on ur situation and how much time u have listen. QL is best but it is a 4 stage sub for long term results but isnt good for short term. ud have to pick one of the other limitless titles if u dont want to wait. i forgot the difference of them all.

but one thing is it could be related to diet or being on the phone too much or something else in ur lifestyle. at least for me i had a really difficult time back in high school because i didnt take care of myself very well. as a side effect i couldnt concentrate and grasp things. working out eating healthy, exercise, avoiding too much tiktok can help. running a sub that would make u more disciplined could be good like GLM or Spartan.

id suggest to do a stack of a limitless sub with GLM

I will take a look on limitless and GLM, thanks.

Regarding learning the best subs are the limitless series. Now it just depends on whether you have a time constraint or not. If you don’t have any time constraint and can commit to a sub for a long term go for Quantum Limitless.
If you don’t have much time go for Limitless. These titles expand your capabilities.

There are two other options called Beyond Limitless and Limitless Executive. Which both deal with maximizing your current abilities rather than expanding.

Sanguine, Sanguine Elixir, Love Bomb for Humanity ead the descriptions and decide which will work for you. I would say SE would be good. LBfH is a free title you could also get that.

In addition to what others have posted above, you could also read about Paragon.

You may want to speak with a (preferably functional medicine) doctor too… there could be a neurological issue going on. What you describe could be several things, ranging from a mineral or nutrient deficiency leading to brain fog and memory formation issues, to a neurochem imbalance.

Off the top of my head, deficiencies in B12, magnesium, and choline can cause those symptoms, though choline also causes headaches so that’s probably not the culprit. Easy enough to test that by getting some easily obtainable supplements (a good quality B multi and some magnesium) from any pharmacy… hormone imbalances can also cause this issue, but that’s best left to a dr to diagnose of course.

Do you retain info better when you hear it, as opposed to reading? Try listening to a non-fiction audiobook (or a podcast, or just the audio from a longer informational yt video, whatever you like) and see how you process the info from that; the issue might be something completely different than you’re thinking.

I second that.

This is one of the reasons I love this forum. Very knowledgeable people here!

(And yes, seeing a doctor might be wise.)

Thank you for telling me to talk with a doctor. I did that and long story short, I have mild dyslexia. Did some research on internet and apparently left temporal cortex and left hemisphere is most affected (underactive for me). Happy because I know what is holding me back, but sad that there’s no cure for it.

That was my suspicion, actually…

Don’t give up just yet. Find a copy of the book The Embodied Mind (audiobook, maybe)

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08WM42Y2P

and look into neurofeedback… Cereset is the one I’d recommend, if you can find a center anywhere near you, but others may work as well… any clinic that uses the Neuroptimal tech would probably be useful as well.

There are very likely mineral/nutritional approaches that can help as well; my go-to resource for this is Nutrient Power by Dr. Walsh, and anything by David Perlmutter (Brain Maker, specifically) and Daniel Amen will be good resources.

I realize the irony of recommending technical books for someone who has a reading comprehension issue, but they may be available in audiobook format, or you can have someone else read and digest them, and help you with an approach.

Just don’t accept “there’s no cure” and stop trying. There is always stuff that can be done, even if it’s mitigating symptoms.
