Let’s say you got a name embed KhanST4 title and added “I AM” or “Synergy: I AM ATMAN”
How effective would that I AM module be at helping heal everything needed to fully execute the Khan ST4 scripting,
Since I AM is a module that mentions being similar to Total Breakdown
I think you should try it, Khan St4 + I Am Atman, I am Atman will remove anything that stand in the way of Khan St4 executing, it will be somewhat like running stage 1 and stage 4 together but it will work better obviously

I would consider running Khan St4 with Experimental ZPU Anti-Recon instead.

Are stages 2 & 3 really necessary if you just alternate between stages 1 & 4?
I think they are necessary to begin with so you are used to the scripting and can handle stage 4 but after that I don’t think they are necessary unless you want to focus on one of them specifically
Alternating stage 4 and 1 is good in my opinion after you already ran stage 2 and 3.
You could a micro cycle to test recon.
Run ST4 for like 2-3 loops, check recon, washout and assess.
It’ll be pretty obvious.
Sometimes I wonder if listening to ST4 first, at least with sequential multi-stagers like Khan, would help. Like reading a list of study questions before reading in a book or textbook. To focus your attention on the answers from the questions.
