I really doubt saint and fire would make a classically themed villain title, for the implication of condoning generally anti-social behavior.

But villains… villains do bad things… SC probably won’t promote anti-social or even illegal behaviour.
And if you take the “evil stuff” out, is it still a villain or do you end up with just an edgy archetype like Emperor Black or Primal?

Absolutely! The whole constructive destruction approach is in a way very antiheroic.
But also subs like WANTED Black or Khan. They have an edge, and I could see both archetypes cast as villains in story.
IMO the whole villain/superhero dichotomy isn’t really helpful here.

All I am saying is if they do release a Stark Black, it can be used for evil purposes just like other Black line subs like Emperor and Wanted. Saint and Fire won’t create anything for evil purposes or promote such things
